I went to this dentist years ago and returned back here because I was pleased. However, this time it has been an awful experience. I had a implant done and was fitted for a night guard. I was told I would have the guard before I left Colorado on May 1 to be with my ill mother. I called several times and as of this date, July 8, I have not received it nor a phone call to explain why I have not received this. I also am receiving a bill for $100 which I was told was already taken care of. This is by far the worst experience I have had! Very unprofessional and dishonest.

My mother-in-law needed to have some emergency dental done when she came to visit. I called and they were able to help her that same day which was amazing because she was in pain and other dentists could not help. Jesse and Colin are very friendly at the front desk. Jesse went through our financial options and we were able to get everything done relatively quick. Sara did a deep cleaning and was so patient and thorough without causing any pain for my mother-in-law. Dr. Ramos also made her feel at ease and explained everything and he was working. I definitely recommend your office to all my family and friends! Thank you very much!
