Dr. Llorente is wonderful. Very professional and not the least bit heavy handed. Sunny was wonderful as well. Myself, my wife and daughter will definitely continue with Sage.

I just love going to Sage! Meghan is warm and helpful. All of the dentists are superior and all the work I have gotten there has been excellent as well.

I needed to have old fillings redone, at sage dentals suggestion. Before this I had no problems with my teeth. I had to go back 4 times because me teeth hurt so bad. Each time they would file on my teeth telling me this would fix the issue. It didn't, it just got worse each time. Finally they redid one of the fillings because it hurt to touch the tooth. The pain is still there and I haven't been able to chew food on that side of my mouth for 4 months. I know someone else who had dental work done with sage dental. They messed his mouth up so bad they had to go to an oral surgeon to repair the damage. This persons tooth fell out and they had a hole going up to their nasal cavity. That was 2 years ago and they are still having issues with their teeth.

They are very professional, thorough, and make sure you understand everything that they are doing. They definitely help make you feel as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

I went to Sage Dental Care for refilling and crown due to its good reviews online. However the whole experience is disappointing!

After the initial evaluation, they help me calculated the cost. I was told that they will contact my insurance company and help me check the policy. The pre- estimation showed I need to pay $573.

Dr. Lindsey Deol did the filling and crown for me, but actually her assistant did most part of the work. When they drilling the bad part I was asked to open my mouth at an incredible angle for more than 20 mins without a break, and her assistant pushed my chin to make my mouth open larger. My corner of the mouth was tore. With the anesthesia I didn't notice it until I looked at the mirror when I got home.

After 6 months I still feel pain in the filled teeth then I went to anther dental clinic. I was told the cavity material is not good. But this is not the worst part. Sage Dental sent me a mail, saying my claim was denied by my insurance company because of waiting period. The $578 dollars which should be paid by the insurance company was charged to me. I was shocked by this large, unexpected bill. I argued that they said they would help me check my insurance policy. They replied “it is all your responsibility”.

I had no choice so I tried to discuss if they could give me a discount since I’m still a student. They refused and insisted I need to pay the bill as same as the insurance price. Which means I need to pay more than the price without insurance!!!

I did my best to try to communicate with them but what they did is just sending me the bill and threat that they will send my info to a collection company. I believe some people had good experience with Sage Dental Care, but unfortunately, not me. I paid more than $1000 for the crown and recently I found food is easy to be stuck in the crown. And the two filling parts were changed. There is no apologize from Sage Dental for their wrong estimation. From beginning to end they refused communication with very bad attitude. I decided to pay it to avoid trouble. The attachments are the estimation and bill copies.

If you are going to Sage Dental because of some good reviews online, be careful, their attitude changes soon when some expectation happens and they won’t help you solve any problem. What they want is just money but not reputation.

I came across Sage Dental Care via Groupon and I'm so grateful that I did. Every single person that I came in contact with during my visit was friendly, professional and extremely informative. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Plus, it came as an incredibly pleasant surprise that they accept Medicaid, so I don't have to stop receiving their superior care! I would recommend them to anyone and EVERYONE.

I had avoided going to the dentist for quite some time. I had been to Sage once for an emergency, but that was several years ago. This summer I needed to get in and get caught up. Not only are they professional and friendly, but they are very competitive on price. I have never rated or reviewed a service before. However, Sage Dental has gone far beyond my expectations and an office I can highly recommend.

We had appt at Sage dental care 3/15. With the winter storm over the weekend, we weren’t sure whether they were open, so we kept calling the office but the calls kept going to voicemails. Now, we didn’t want to get stuck with “no show” bills later so only way we could know was to go there and It is so upsetting that we had to drive all the way to the office in such bad road conditions only to find out the office was closed. It seems to me that Sage didn’t care to think about their patients or any courtesies. A voicemail with a simple message or closure emails/ heads up would have been nice rather than keeping customers in a limbo. My puppy got a better customer service than I did which I’m very appreciative about. He didn’t even have any appt but we knew they were closed. Sage called me today to schedule another appt but I ain’t going back.

Addendum: yes, it is the Lafayette office, but the system would have been same for the other locations? I also received a text msg as well as email confirmation to say that I have the appt and never received any voicemails on cancellations like you guys have reiterated.

Friendly and informative staff. It was my first dentist visit in about 3 years, just a routine check up and x-rays. They have 3 locations in Boulder, Lafayette and Westminster which is very convenient for me. I went to the Westminster location which was brand new and nice. I will continue using them as my dentist!
