I have dental insurance which pays for an exam and a cleaning. After waiting an hour and a half to be seen, the dentist refused to clean my teeth unless I paid $300 out of pocket. This place is a scam. Definitely avoid it. This is for the comfort dental on highway 50

No doubt the nicest dentist I've ever been to. They make you feel comforted and they're cheaper than most.

All the staff here is very friendly. They get you in quick and service is always with a smile. Had extractions done and I was a nervous wreck the nurse made me feel safe and calm the doctor did a great job talking to me thru the whole process. Thank you Comfort dental. I will be recommending you to my friends and family.

Staff is rude, my ex husband brought my daughter in to have dental work done, and he was asking questions. Which I never thought there was anything wrong with asking questions. The staff, one in particular Maria was very rude and said, I don’t have to answer your questions. Then she was being very rough with my daughter, to the point where it made her cry. She has no compassion, or professionalism. Then he over heard the employees talking about him. I brought my daughter back today to complete dental work and they “ mixed” up the crown. So now we have to wait an additional 10 days on top of what we have already waited. I’ve come in for confirmed appointments only to be told at the desk that we need to cancel. The last thing I was concerned with, was never being told about my child having cavities. We were informed later on down the line that she had cavities. Why weren’t we told previously? It doesn’t make sense. We were never shown the X-rays of these cavities. I’ve been to both Comfort Dental offices and this Comfort Dental office is by far low on the totem pole when it comes to professionalism, compassion, and customer service.

I’ve had a couple emergency tooth situations pop up in the last year. Each time the dentist and staff were more than accommodating, from getting me in in a timely manner and performing the work needed to be done as gently as possible. Coming in for a cleaning to be PROACTIVE. Kelsey has been very thorough, I always appreciate the quality of work at this office!

I'm overall very unsatisfied. Firstly! The male dentist was very kind and good hearted so it's nothing personal..
I came in 2014 to get my braces tightened. I just moved there from Alabama. I had my braces for 2 years almost at that point. When I came to comfort dental I was told they needed to start from the beginning and I had braces for another 2 years. A total of 4 years... not only was I 21 years old when my braces came off. I lost my retainer after about 1 year and I called several times to get a replacement and they told me they couldn't do that... everytime I got my braves tightened it was a student. Not my smile is crooked again and the middle of my teeth are nearly a quarter inch to the side. I'm heart broken. . I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately.

I have had a very hard time with dentists in the past. Recently I had to neglect my own dental health due to not being able to cover the cost of the work I needed done. I’ve had a lot of trouble just speaking to a dentist about my options through my insurance. My last dentist wouldn’t even discuss what I needed done because he was too concerned with how I was going to pay him. I came to this office to get a tooth pulled as I felt I had no choice and by the end got a much needed root canal and multiple fillings. It was made very clear that they care more about my wellbeing than any obstacles they would face getting me treatment. I felt their concern for me before they started and their absolute beaming pride when they finished. I felt safe here when I have always felt like a nuisance at other places. I believe I was with Dr. T who was adamant that I deserved to be without pain and feel beautiful. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another location.

Never had any problems with the front desk being rude very polite, went in got antibiotics prescribed and special dental toothpaste for sore teeth. Got my root canal scheduled a week later had it done today with doctor Holden and his dental assistant he made sure I was comfortable and I was got it numb enough and away they both went worked hard with such a difficult tooth as it's a molar with the gum covering it another dentist wanted it pulled but they saved it and I need it to chew so I am thankful for the good job they did.👏 Even got some pain killers prescribed to be after.No payment problems and they seemed to know what they were doing.

Worst staff ever. Had an extraction done last Thursday. Dr. Holden was talking smack about a 7 year old kid that was crying to my dental hygienist while "examining" my teeth. He checked the one chipped tooth that was causing me issues but nothing else. Not one person was consistent with what to expect for after care of my extraction or what payment plans could be made. Today, I noticed a possible cavity in the tooth next to the one extracted (that was not mentioned during the exam) and I asked for a copy of my x ray records. I was told they could print it on regular printer paper but that the quality is not as good as digital. I asked to be emailed them instead so I didn't have to drive in this weather and then a new girl got on the phone and said the printed copy will be an additional 25 dollars! Which is more than the exam and xrays combined! I'm not paying that for a copy of my own dental records, for three images to be printed on paper not made for that purpose! The receptionist yelled and hung up on me twice. Absolutely will not be going back and will GLADLY spend more money to take my business elsewhere!
