This dentist office is terrible. My sister has had 3 appointments here and she is mentally handicapped. They are rude, slow, and very unprofessional. For her first appointment it was at 1:30.. was not seen until 2:15 the dentist was in a rush to get her cleaning done and get her out the door. Her second appointment was for her root canal at 2:30 we didn’t get back until about 3:30 the dentist didn’t come into the room until about 4 and said they were gonna get started on the cleaning... me thinking “what cleaning she just had her cleaning last week this is appt is for her root canal” .. they didn’t even have her root canal scheduled me and all my family were under the impression that this appt was for the root canal so they agreed to do it.. didn’t get done until about 7:30 at night we were at this dentist office for 5 hours 😪 then her next appointment was scheduled for 9:30 to get her crown put on and here it is 10:15 and she still has not been seen. WHAT THE HELL? I know my family will NEVER come back to this dentist office. Rooms are not even private, staff are rude and unprofessional and when an appt is scheduled We expect to be seen at that scheduled time not 20-30 mins later. I’ve never had this problem before at any office I’ve went to and if I did the staff was not nearly as rude as they are here. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!

**UPDATE**
After talking to Dr. Holden about the issues, he actually Gave us a Check for $100 to cover our gas! He said that there will be meetings about this AND There WILL BE CHANGES! Thank You!!

Livid!!! Drove 3hrs to get to my appointment, to have the front desk tell me they Cancelled My Appointment, WITHOUT Ever Talking To Me!!!! LIVID!! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL THING IVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT THE DENTIST!!
SAVE YOURSELF SOME ENERGY AND JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Jack Bennett is my alias.
I went to Comfort Dental a few months ago as I had one filling that came loose. I had this filling put in about 5 years ago. Comfort Dental technicians worked on my teeth, they created new holes/cavities that were not there previously. All my fillings have fallen out (4-5 months since it was put in). My teeth are messed up because of the new holes they drilled into it. I now sit with sharp points and holes where food gets lodged. I do not have any more money with my medical insurance for the current year. These are DENTISTS FROM HELL!

It's been over a year since I had the bad experience of getting to Comfort Dental. I went with them because to begin with I did not find another dental office open on Saturday and it was urgent, because by accident the son of a friend broke my teeth and the father of the child took me to Comfort Dental. They took out RX, because one of my teeth was moving, and it turned out that the root was broken. They offered to put me an implant, with flexible payments since. Everything was very good, so we accepted and the child's father paid them 500 dollars to start with the work. They proceeded to remove my tooth and placed a bridge while the implant arrived. But after ten days I had to go back, because the wound did not close, it hurt to eat and I felt a horrible taste in my mouth. Well, we arrived and after they passed me to the office, I still wait maybe 30 more minutes to be treated. When Dr. Phillip Holden arrived, he put pressure on my gum, said he has an infection and gave me a prescription to buy antibiotics. And four days later I woke up and I found my gum blown and a piece of cotton inside my gum. And I return to the office, only to be treated with arrogance, without giving me a solution, as if nothing bad was done, and no apology.

Everyone is always nice and the doctor was very professional. They are also very affordable so that's a plus! An office in Colorado Springs wanted to charge me $900 to get 4 wisdom teeth out, but CD only charged me $169 :)

They were very very nice and caring. I am 42 years old and had not been to a more better office then this one. I had 6 teeth pulled. During the whole time the Doctor would ask "are you in pain we will stop a mediately so that your not gonna be tortured?" Very careful and they were awesome and amazing the whole time. They did not rush and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. We all know its hard to even just go to the dentists office. But No this place was GREAT. I will most definitely be back to get my bottoms done. GREAT JOB AMAZING SERVICE and AWESOME TEAM WORK!!!!

UNETHICAL - Insurance fraud and possibly malpractice?

First visit for my two younger kids, Comfort Dental added services without my consent or knowledge and then tried charging me for the services before we left the office - I gave them grace and chocked this up to "miscommunication".

My oldest child had services performed over several visits after moving to Pueblo, CO. During a visit to her previous place of residence, she saw the dentist who had treated her for several years prior to the move. At that dental appointment, she was informed that Comfort Dental had, in fact, NOT performed all of the services they recorded in her chart and several fillings had gone untreated. Naturally, insurance refused to cover treatment for which they had already paid Comfort Dental, Pueblo North.

I first became a patient at Comfort Dental North (Hwy 50) location because or my wifes refferal. She started seeing Phillip Holden, D.D.S, a year and a half ago, needling full reconstruction of her jaw and bite to include a full top plate one bottom partial. My wife is a paramedical professional and was immediately impressed with the level of skill Dr. Holden possessed. She told me we were extremely lucky to find a dentist with his skill-set and reconstructive talent working in a franchise office committed to providing affordable dentistry to every economical demohrapgic.
When I had my first visit with Dr. Liddiard I expected to hear the same thing every Dentist has said over the past twenty years: " We can align your jaw, extract the decayed teeth, and offer a top and bottom denture. My office staff will provide you a quote." And EVERY time, just to get started, in other offices also
claiming to be community centered , I was given quotes of $2-4K just to start. I'd completely given up on having any sort of necessary or cosmetic dental work done.
During my first visit with Dr. Liddiard, his assistant took full X-Ray's, he provided a comprehensive exam, and gave me a couple of options. With each, he himself (not a front office assistant) told me the cost of both options, one of which (keeping but fixing several lower teeth) was never given by any dentist before, and is crucial to maintain the structural integrity of my jaw and the bone that slowly deteriorates over time, making dentures harder to remain in place for a long period of time. Because of my young age, I was shocked that he was the first Dentist to address this extremely critical information! I took the option to save what teeth we could on my bottom jaw and to get a full top plate. For my wife, she had Medicaid, which they were very knowledge about, leaving us with minimal out of pocket cost for all her work. I have no dental coverage, and Dr. Liddiard started my work THAT visit, willing to accept half the price of what work he did, allowing me to pay off the other half in two installments.I was then informed about a credit program they have, called called CareCedit. I'll tell you now, I DID NOT expect to be accepted. My credit has been shot since an extremely unexpected medical expense when my 3 year old son was born prematurely and with some health problems. I was approved for an amounit I was worried to be minimal compared to the EXTREME amount of work needed, but Dr.Liddiard started restorative work during the same consult visit. 4 deep cavity fills with veneer material so my lower partial would mach a much nicer white, one root canal and two extractions. They also had the impressions made for my top denture, and lower partial during this visit! I now only have one visit left, which will consist of the remaining six extractions and the top denture being put in. This appointment was also set quickly. On May 30th I'll finally have the healthy mouth and smile I've been waiting since I was 17 years old to get. And the residual cost? Just $500. Of which they are allowing me to make in payments.
I feel the details important because that's where the extraordinary care lies in any medical practice. I received my lower partial just 2 weeks after the impression, and that with the work done on all my lower teeth has made such a huge difference in my overall health as well! I can say with surety I didn't know the migraines I've had over the years, and the awful face pain were all due to poor dental health.
I've never felt better physically and my self esteem.
I want to Thank Dr. Holden for what he did for my wife, Dr. Mortenson for being there for both of us, and Dr. Liddiard for helping me to FINALLY get the healthy and beautiful smile I gave up on so many years ago. My wife, myself and our children will never see another practice! Comfort Dental- Pueblo North is run by a great staff, with Docs that could easily run a private practice who don't any Dental coverage, but they CHOOSE to be public servants, and with their skill, THAT is praise worthy!

Great docs and staff! I just got a call at 8pm from the doc making sure I still feel well after my simple cavity filling! They were patient with my picky color options for my fillings, understanding with payments, and overall just so nice to work with!

I have been to this location several times now, and I honestly should have switched to an alternate dental care provider long ago. The office staff seem to be entirely out of the loop on what dental work needs done (showed up for an appointment I did not need), what work is actually being done on the day of the appointment (tried to charge me for the wrong work), tried to over charge me for a repair that was supposed to be free. Also tried to give me some different supplemental products that I am allergic to, did not read my chart or put down the info initially. The hygienist did not suction enough and I choked on my own saliva for hours angrily, and when I tried to ask for more suction later, he told me I was wrong and that he had been doing this a long time... I am gagging on my spit. Seriously?!). The dentist was great if you don't associate him with any of the others. But cannot tell if the fillings they did sit right? Had to have 3 adjusted for extreme sensitivity. He checks every filling before I leave, so I had to come back bunch.
