We were in need of an emergency procedure for my adult son who was not current on his dental care and most Dental Offices were closed. We were so thankful when they were able to fit him in despite a packed schedule. More importantly, we were touched by the kindness and compassion of Kat in trying to find a way to accommodate our needs. She was empathetic, offered several solutions, and ultimately was able to arrange the treatment needed. Her customer care and that of all the staff was truly outstanding. I highly recommend this Dental Practice

They are so amazing! My youngest can’t wait to go back, he was 9 at his exam and he absolutely loves everyone here. They made him feel comfortable and for that our family is extremely grateful. I just had my first appointment with them today. Everyone was very kind, office is clean and a great atmosphere for dental.
The lady doing the X-ray was friendly, helpful and quick!

I have been coming here for a few years. Today I saw Dr. Johnson for some fill ins!! Let me tell y’all, she has the most gentle hands I’ve ever experienced at the dentist. I barely felt the needle. (I’m one of those sensitive types that cry). I was actually able to relax. She was nice and quick too.
This business is not about just trying to make money. My son (8years) needs some work and I made an appointment. So instead of making me come there and spend money, they called and let me I would need to go somewhere else and gave me some great recommendations.
They also will try to find a more affordable way to get you the treatment you need and they never pressure you into anything.
I’m horrible with names but from the front desk, hygienist, and dentist you will be treated with kindness and respect. The staff is amazing!!!

Have been a patient at Bright Smiles for over 5 years now. Katherine Bartlett is my favorite dentist. My hygienist is always sweet, gentle and knowledgeable.
Front desk staff will always greet & smile when you walk in. Katherine & all of the staff are helpful with any questions I might have. Friendly atmosphere. The office is always clean. Hardly ever wait too long to be called in. Highly recommend Bright Smiles for you dental needs.

At a dental check-up I was asking the doctor a few questions about my treatment plan. In the middle of a question I was asking the doctor just got up and walked out of the room without saying a word. I suppose the doctor only has a breif few minutes to talk but to not say a word and just walk away from me when I'm speaking to you is VERY rude. Won't be going back.
