I absolutely love the work Dr. J has done for me! My crown feels like it's my own tooth!! Yes, I know that's what it's supposed to feel like, but that wasn't the case from my previous dentist. He also fixed my filling from my previous dentist.
Plus, his staff looks happy, even when they are just amongst themselves. So when they talk to me or other customers, they are genuinely nice, which says positive things about the establishment. I'm so relieved that I now have a dentist I can rely on.

Personal Family Care has been my dentist for 5-6 years (something like that). I’ve never liked going to the dentist, but I love this office. My techs always remember me by name and Personality, and I feel like it’s family. The experience is always pleasant and efficient. As long as I live in Okaloosa County this is who is going to keep my smile beautiful! 💯

I have been going to Dr. Jazayeri since 2011. He is an exceptional dentist. I have previous dental anxiety due to rough and callous dentists, along with having TMJ which can make going to the dentist stressful. I have excellent service from everyone in the office, from the desk staff, hygienist, assistants, and of course Dr. Jazayeri. I live in Santa Rosa Beach and chose to drive to FWB because I am comfortable there and well cared for. Highly recommend.

Arrived in clinic complaining of dental pain. Dispite full coverage was denied care and told it would cost 1100 dollars to allleviate problem tooth and pain. Only dentist in region that accepted insurance.
Went in pain, left in pain. Do not recommend.
