I am extremely impressed with Bright Smiles Dentistry. I called at least 10 different dental offices around Fort Walton Beach area for my dad who is now on Medicare. It was so frustrating making these calls from California as none of them provided any assistance as soon as they heard Medicare. However, Charlie at Bright Smiles Dentistry actually took the time to listen to our concerns and took care of it all. With her cheerful voice and great energy, she knew exactly what we needed and made the whole process seamless. I am genuinely grateful for Charlie who went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend Bright Smiles Dentistry for anyone looking for a great dental office that provides outstanding work with extraordinary customer service.

I shopped around for a few years to find the best dental office for my child and I, and this is it. From the first visit a couple years ago, to the most recent, we’ve always had a great experience here. I’ve tried nearly all of the doctors and they are all amazing at what they do. Dr. Bartlett is one of my favorite people, so I like being in her chair and trust her with my smile (She knows that’s all I have going for me, haha). She’s a real artist at her job and patient with me as someone with sensitive teeth. She’s a dog lover, so tell her about your dogs! All of the front desk staff and techs/hygienists have been so kind to my son and I. I always get a laugh there. I’ve just never had a bad experience. I’ve had bad experiences at other clinics in the area, so I’d know!

Dr. Bartlett and her team at Brightsmiles are the fabulous team that has been caring for us since 2004. Everybody is so sweet and accommodating to our dental needs. For 18 years, they have been making us smile brighter and we just love Brightsmiles team.

My hygienist was Karen and she is very professional and knowledgeable. Karen went over my dental plan and let me know the prices and what to expect and she makes going to have my teeth cleaned a pleasure. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to see her. The office staff is friendly and prompt when checking in. I highly recommend Bright Smiles.

This was my first visit to Bright Smiles and on first impressions I have to say everyone there exceeded my expectations! Reception was very friendly, welcoming, and promptly got me processed in. My dental hygienist was Kelly and she is absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, kind, and genuinely seemed to care for my oral health. Very thorough in her work all the while having a easy/steady hand while working. Dr. Cash was also a pleasure to deal with and very thorough as well. They laid out a dental plan for me with all the costs laid out so there were no surprises and were not over pushy on trying to "sell" me anything. Was a very comfortable, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. Everyone there provided a great first experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The staff here is so friendly and they were all so happy that they could help me with my pain! I’m super grateful that they could get me in so quickly and the dentist I saw was extremely knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable even though I have extreme anxiety she was able to put me at ease with the procedure I was about to have done! Thank you so much for making me feel better after being misdiagnosed. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly for my cleanings.

My veneer had fallen out (one of my two front teeth) I was devastated probably a little rude (i hope not) But the staff was so sweet. The first flipper that came out didn’t fit so I broke down crying thinking I’d never be able to smile the same again but one lady in particular consoled me and told me everything would workout. She’s an angel. I wish I caught her name she made me hopeful and the second one was perfect. I recommend 100% the staff is understanding, professional and incredible.

Dr. Cash is terrific. I had a cavity taken care of yesterday and I would say he is by far the best. I've been to many dentists over the years and have had other fillings done but he is far superior to the others. I didn't even feel the novocaine shots and my tooth looks perfect!! Plus he was right on time and I was out of there promptly. The rest of the staff is super friendly as well. I highly recommend this group for your dental needs.

Such a wonderful dentist office! It's very clean, the staff are absolutely wonderful and they do a great job of keeping up with technology. I always do a lunchtime appointment and have never had an issue getting in on time and getting out the door with plenty of time to spare before I need to be back at work. My cleanings are always pain-free and there is even a personal TV to watch while. Even better, at each appointment they bring you an itemized paper with estimated out-of-pocket costs for the appointment. If there is anything you'd like to skip at that time to save money, they are happy to do so at your request. Definitely recommend!
