Harbour Dental Care - Jacksonville

This is such a great office! Caroline, Jess and Dr Yassar were all really nice and helpful. Everyone took time to explain what was happening in real time and made sure I was comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough.

I went for my usual 6 months cleaning. EVERYONE in the front office knows you when you walk in. My hygienist Chelsea is the best. Very thorough, quick and gentle. Doctors are all professional and thorough. I love Dr. SNYDER AND THE WHOLE CREW! I'm a patient of 5 years and my family will continue to use Harbour Dental Care.

I finally decided to give up this office. I have to admit it was a hard decision because they are clean, friendly and professional. However, here is where professionalism went too far especially when their professional billing personnel started to use my loyalty against my wallet. Every preventative service or regular cleaning was billed as "special care", and I faithfully paid every bill they sent. I politely called to pay the last regular cleaning / "special care" copay bill, and asked them to send me a record release form. I hope the owners of this clinic understand this. We are fine to pay more for their good services so they can make profit. But we are not OK being taken advantage.

I've been a patient at Harbour Dental Care for nearly 16 years and it just gets better and better. Getting my teeth cleaned is never an exciting activity, but I saw Margie (hygienist) yesterday, and she's so much fun to talk to I'd be happy to go back for her. Having said that, I was disappointed that I didn't have time to talk with Chelsea.

I've seen Dr. Snyder mostly, and am very happy with his care. This time it was Dr. Perez, and while the visit was brief, I was impressed with her.

I've recommended the practice to friends and will continue to do so. Very happy!

Dr. Choe and her whole staff is AMAZING. I felt very comfortable and safe during the whole process, even with all the COVID-19 restrictions that in are in place. Every staff member from the front desk to the assistants were so incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Choe was absolutely the best! She is very kind and patient. I appreciated that she took the time to explain my teeth issues and what to expect from the procedures that she recommended. I felt very comfortable, informed, and never felt rushed throughout the whole process. I really do hate going to the dentist because I have always had a lot of dental problems but Dr. Choe and her team made my experience very pleasant!

I merely went here for a 2nd opinion due to my original dentist not offering professionalism and comfort. I was startled with the news that I had 5 cavities and wanted a second opinion. Upon arrival the kindness and service from Diane and Morgan was exceptional. The first thought in my head was "Ok this is starting well". After being seated and having only x-rays done and a minor exam I could really tell this team had it all together. I was actually happy to get my teeth worked on by such professionals. I can not think of the last time I actually wanted to go to the dentist, but something about this place really made me feel like they cared. If every dental office operated like this one everyone would have great teeth but not all offices work this hard and efficient. Team CHOE "Rocks" and wouldn't ask for any other team!

Great staff, Great Doc. They really care about you and your issues. Dr. K was the first Dentist to say lets look at your bite and come up with a plan first instead of just spitting something out. Thanks for taking the time to think on my complicated issues first.

Harbour Dental is a very welcoming and friendly dental office. All the staff are kind, courteous and always warm and smiling. I have experienced a medical facility that there was no smiles, no warmth, no compassion, and very clinical from all the staff. I felt like a number not a person. It was extremely refreshing to be surrounded by kindness from everyone at Harbour Dental. Chelsea is always incredible, kind and thorough and knows her craft. Dr. Snyder is always honest and straight forward and easy to talk to and understand. I highly recommend this Dental facility!

This is a predatory dentistry. I move a lot and so I see a lot of different dentists in different cities. The hygienist is nice, but that doesn't excuse exploitation. It's awful to think about how many people have had work done when it isn't needed. I was told I needed fillings for two teeth which no prior dentist in the past 6 years has recommended.

They were really pushy about scheduling this, despite my initial refusal. The dentin (outer shielding of tooth) was no where near the point of needing a filling, roughly 8% (if that) was deteriorated and in most countries its not even considered an issue until 25% or even more in some cases.

The hygienist was nice, and so I returned for cleanings periodically. As time goes on they tend to be less and less available for routine cleanings, a few minutes late and they'll wana reschedule you. This is common for predatory dentistries as cleanings are far less profitable than performing a filling or other major type of dental work.

It's been 2 years since they recommended fillings and there's been no progression beyond the 8% deterioration I mentioned before. My teeth are perfectly healthy and I've never needed a filling or any other kind of major work.

In other words, if I was your average parent or patient, I'd have a bunch of unnecessary chemicals injected in my teeth today. A shame that a dentistry in such a good area of town does this to people.

Just finished my dental implant and all I can say is that Dr. Snyder is awesome! He has the best chair side manner and I felt completely at ease. I knew I was in good hands! His staff is top notch too! I had the best cleaning I've ever had! BEST dental experience ever!
