Harbour Dental Care - Jacksonville

I had an issue with a tooth that kept me up all night. I was able to get in same day and get my issue completely resolved even as a new patient! That says a lot. Office staff are extremely efficient and communicate very well of what I needed to do and even sent me all the paperwork in advance so that I could just walk in freely at my appointment time. DMD Perez and her staff had me laughing the whole time and kept my mind at ease that I was in good hands. Best dentist experience I've ever had. Highly recommend this office.

For decades, I went to a Dental Practice downtown, near my office. Meanwhile the rest of our family went to Harbour Dental Care. I was very happy with my former dentist. They closed their practice, and I had to get out of my comfort zone and transition to a new dentist. I changed over to Harbour Dental to join the rest of our family. I could not be happier with the change. The state of the art technology, tools and professionalism of the medical staff as well as the administrative team are amazing. I am very happy with my new dentist. Glad I made the change.

This was my first visit to Harbour Dental Care. It was positive from the moment I stepped into their office. Everyone was friendly and professional. I loved that they all seem to enjoy working together. The visit was also great! My teeth got cleaned and they look great!

I am so happy I found Harbour Dental! The biggest issue I face with going to a dental office is anxiety. The entire staff at Harbour Dental were so kind and compassionate that it immediately cut my anxiety in half.

You can tell these people like what they do, the people they work with, and their clients. The fact that they use true sedation dentistry and didn’t look at me like I was a hypochondriac when I requested it for a major procedure put me at immense ease. Better still they took the time to explain exactly what I needed done, why it was needed, and set excellent expectations about what to expect.

They didn’t try to just sell me on every procedure they could get away with. Dr. Snyder helped me to understand that what other dentists told me ‘I had to have done’ might not necessarily be the case. This was a first for me and he set the bar exceeding high for all other medical professionals I encounter in the future.

This is exactly the kind of honesty, understanding and compassionate care you can expect from this office.

I had not been to a dentist in many years so this was my first visit to Harbour Dental and everyone was very friendly and prompt. They explained everything so that I could understand. They seemed to exhibit genuine care and concern for my health and did not pressure me to get cosmetic procedures.

We are so thankful we found Harbour Dental! The staff and dentists are always so friendly, knowledgeable and kind! I cannot say enough great things about the patient care here. Wonderful place!

Best dentist in Jacksonville! Everyone is so nice and reassuring. Dentist appointments make me extremely nervous- just a simple cleaning I have to mentally prepare for days in advance. I had a bad experience with a different Jax dentist and was reluctant to try another I hadn’t been referred to. I was so impressed with my hygienists professionalism but also understanding and genuine kindness knowing I was a bit uneasy. Dr. Perez is fantastic and seems extremely smart and knowledgeable but also very down to earth. All in all extremely happy and Harbour Dental is 10/10 my new dentist.

Just love Dr. Snyder! I had an appointment this morning and we ran into a snag. He improvised, came to a solution, and I walked out of his office smiling. He cares about my special needs and always follows through so that I have no hesitation about leaving the office other than satisfied. He's an excellent professional and his staff (Mel and everyone) are friendly, organized and thorough! I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I was referred to Harbour Dental by my primary physician. So glad he told me about them! My experience there, for the first time yesterday was awesome! I think that Jessica and Dr. Perez were wonderful! I have found my forever dentist office!
