Harbour Dental Care - Jacksonville

I have been a patient at Harbour Dental Care for more than thirteen years now. Each and every visit is a wonderful experience. I am one of many people that had harbored fears about dentists. Dr. Snyder, his associate dentists (I prefer to see Dr. Choe), and his amazing and truly professional support staff will always make you comfortable for whatever reason you visit. This visit for me was my semiannual checkup. There were no issues found. Dental assistant Maria offered to clean my "teeth" and I agreed. I value them very highly so I strive to maintain a bright smile. Five stars always to this practice.

I haven't been to the dentist in over 20 years because I'm a man and stubborn but my wife finally made me go. My cleaning appointment was quite pleasant, I actually found it to be very relaxing because Kristen(sp), my dental assistant, did a great job and was very friendly. The entire staff was very polite and friendly. The office and staff made for a pleasant experience that I was not expecting. It was a happy environment (which makes their guest wifi password make a lot of sense). My wife is a regular patient there and one staff member even knew my name without meeting me from speaking with my wife and she congratulated me on recent accolades at work. They saw me promptly at my appointment time as well, not a half hour after my scheduled appointment time like most medical offices. I was thoroughly impressed. I look forward to my next appointment after fishing the dentist for 20 plus years. I only had one little cavity btw.

Harbour Dental is fantastic! Shanna is our Hygienist, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled. I appreciate her in-depth explanations regarding treatment plans and oral health in general. I highly recommend Harbour Dental!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! Had a pleasant experience, usually I am afraid to get my teeth cleaned because I worry about getting my gums poked, but Jess made me very comfortable and was not heavy handed. Everything was great overall!

Moving to a new state and finding all new doctors and dentists can be so stressful. I am so relieved to have found the most caring Dentists in Florida! Maybe the planet. They are so thorough, and take their time to answer my many, many questions. They also use all the latest materials and technology to provide the best treatment available. I had the best experience visiting this office. They are super attentive and efficient. They take time to educate you about your dental health and all of the options you have available to achieve a healthy smile. I recommend this office to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable day at the dentist.

I just transferred from the St. Augustine Harbour Dental location, so I was a tad hesitant going into a brand new dental situation. I can report, from the instance of walking into the front office to the minute I left the building, everything was perfect! My Dental Hygienist was super nice, with a wonderful sense of humor (which to me is very relaxing when nervous) I was at ease immediately. She was also extremely knowledgeable and gave me lot's of great cleaning tips that I hadn't thought of on my own. When I go back in 6 months, we will see how much I've improved. My new dentist that examined my teeth was very professional and had a great disposition as well. She also used more new examination techniques that made me feel like dental education is moving into the future! That, along with actually looking at my x-rays with me and explaining key areas to focus on going forward, I felt very well take care of with Harbour Dental JAX. Although I miss my St. Augustine Harbour, I am already at home with the NEW TEAM!

I have loved going to Harbour Dental for all of my dental needs. A co-worker recommended them a few years ago and I have always had a great experience. All of the employees are so friendly and welcoming. I never have to wait, it seems they are always ready for me at my appointment time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I absolutely love Harbour Dental. From regular cleanings to major dental work, I have always felt confident and comfortable. Ashley and Dr. Choe are amazing at making you feel at ease and they take the time to make sure you understand your treatment plan. The office staff also does a great job breaking down what your insurance benefits cover and what you can expect to pay so you never feel blindsided.

Excellent dental practice with super staff who provides client care with compassion and understanding. Aware of clients budget and medical health needs and procedures. I highly recommend.
