Harbour Dental Care - Jacksonville

Harbour Dental Care has restored my confidence in going to the dentist. I had been numerous years without a dental appointment due to fear and anxiety about what I remembered it to be. I took almost a year of researching, reading reviews, and building up the confidence to go. The reviews about patience, compassion, and their technology led me to go. I was so nervous my first appointment, but they explained everything to me, they went really slow, and it was a pain free experience. They make every effort to make you feel comfortable. I am pleased to say that all of my restorative and preventative work has been pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Snyder, and the staff at Harbour Dental Care. If you have apprehension, anxiety, nervous, or even embarrassed, this is the place for you. I truly appreciate their excellent service!

I left Harbour this year for another dentist closer to me, but made a swift return after a sub-par experience with the competition. It was a huge regret leaving! Harbour Dental is a clean facility with the friendliest staff. As someone who is still very concerned with Covid, I was happy to see that they are abiding by masking rules and I felt completely comfortable having my mouth wide open here LOL. I've had a couple different hygienists over the years, and I always leave their chair feeling new and improved. Never rough and very thorough. And can we talk about the TV's in the roof? Genius! Thanks for the exemplary care and making the cumbersome process of dental work a bearable one!

They are the nicest dentist's I've ever been too. The staff is so nice, Devon is so helpful and kind. Dr. Perez is really sweet and I felt really comfortable and informed the whole time. I was always afraid of going the dentist but I'm definitely not afraid here. 😁

My neighbor recommended this place because we live right next door.
However, this place was not for me. The x-rays took longer than I have ever experienced. Felt like she was taking x-rays of the same area twice. Then, with a wand, the took even more pictures. She tested my my gums and teeth to see what kind of cleaning I needed. The dentist came in and I felt like I was being doubled teamed buying a car with the salesman and the sales manager. They wanted to put me on a plan, which would require multiple visits, meaning how much is that gonna cost? I have always heard the dental world was a racket and this solidified it. I am fine going back to the beach for my dental visits.

I love this place! Everyone is very kind and caring especially Dr. Snyder. I had to make some hard decisions about my dental plan and he made it as easy as possible. I did not feel like they were judging me for my lack of previous dental care. They just want to help me going forward. The assistant was very kind too, checking to make sure I was doing ok during a longer than usual procedure. Can't say enough good things about Harbour Dental!!

I absolutely love coming to see Dr. Snyder and his associates. They are always very friendly and down to earth, we can connect on many levels. The dental hygienists go above and beyond. They explain exactly what they're doing/going to do and make sure you're at ease throughout. Once they've got comfort established, they become your friend very quickly and make the entire experience fun. Appointments are readily available, services are competitively priced, and payment plans are available for more advanced procedures. I've already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Everyone here is always SO pleasant from the moment you walk in!! I've gotten my wisdom teeth pulled here and honestly it was SO MUCH EASIER than I ever thought it could be. I have an extreme FEAR of the dentist, so I hadn't been to the dentist in over 8 years, but this office literally has changed my entire outlook!!! Super gentle, and if you get nervous or anxious during procedures/cleanings, they stop and make you feel comfortable again. The hygienists are amazing too, I just got a cleaning here this week and they are always super nice and clean my teeth great! The Dr. Also comes by after your cleaning to make sure you are good to go!!! They even remember stories that we spoke about at my last visits which surprised me!!! Awesome office that REALLY cares about their patients!! So glad i come here!!

The best dentist office I've been to, definitely keeps me coming back every time! From the friendly, attentive office staff to the wonderful hygienists and dentist, I always have a great feeling leaving the office. They really take the time to get to know you and help with whatever they can to make your dentist visit the best.

This dentist office is so wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. Especially Shanna—she is the best hygienist ever!

My daughter and I go here and they are amazing. They take special care to not traumatize kids and make their experience good. As for me I’ve had all my teeth capped and horrible experiences and they are amazing I don’t mind the dentist anymore and when it was to advanced for them they referred me to a specialist instead of just taking my money. Please choose this office.
