I had my first appointment here today with Dr. Woods and I cannot recommend this practice enough! I had my 8 month old with me, and everyone was so accommodating helping me out with her so that I could get my teeth cleaned and get a filling replaced. Everyone was incredibly patient with me and with my daughter and just made me feel completely at ease.
As for the appointment itself, I've never had a dentist or hygienist who was as thorough with explaining each procedure until my appointment today. I sincerely appreciated how much Dr. Woods clearly cared about my dental health and wanted the best care plan possible for me and for my teeth. I know it sounds silly, but it truly felt as though she and everyone on her team wanted the absolute best for their patients, and it absolutely showed in the way they took the time to explain each step of the process and why they felt it was important. I can't recommend Smiles on Riverside enough, and I will absolutely be back!
Special shoutout to Heidi for carrying my daughter around while I got my teeth cleaned today despite her fussiness!!

Dr. Wood is amazing, patient and cares about her work. Had to get fillings done and she took her time and made the experience enjoyable while giving me confidence that my teeth were being worked on by a professional thru her actions. I would recommend anyone see her if they need dental work done.

Absolutely hands down this is a wonderful place the staff is incredible they work with you and are very professional Joshua the office manager made me feel so comfortable Dell the D.A. was great Mrs Becky is a sweetheart and the Dr. Mrs. Woods so amazing they all made sure I knew exactly what was going on and needed and they aren't trying to know your head off with prices. They are beautiful people and such a blessing thank you so much

What a great experience all the way from making an appointment to seeing the dentist. I called a few weeks ago after having a horrible experience at another dentist's office nearby, so Naomi at the front desk assured me that I could get in to see Dr. Wood and everything would be fine. When I showed up to the appointment, they were very up front about any possible out of pocket costs and did not make me feel at all like they were taking advantage of me financially (which is how I felt at the other dentist - totally cheated). Megan was my hygienist and she was absolutely fantastic. She did a great job with my cleaning and was very enjoyable to talk to during the appointment. Dr. Wood was also wonderful, and made me feel extremely confident in my smile, which is what your dentist is for! Overall, I regret not coming back here sooner (I was a previous patient of Dr. Sargi before Dr. Wood took over the practice). See you in a few months!

Unprofessional and unreliable. I scheduled an appointment, then the week of my appointment they called to cancel and reschedule. Okay, sure, things come up. So I rescheduled for 10 days from then. The week of THAT appointment, they call AGAIN to cancel. Two canceled appointments in less than a month? For the same initial appointment?! And not even for the cleaning because “they don’t do cleanings on first visits anymore because we need to see how bad your teeth are.” Which, in other words, means they need to try sell you a more extensive cleaning not covered by insurance. Absolutely not worth it. Unreliable and very unprofessional.

It used to be great, but the last appointment was really disappointing and unprofessional. The front desk people weren’t wearing masks, so I didn’t feel super safe interacting with them. I was scheduled for both a cleaning and exam. When the hygienist finished the cleaning, the dentist wasn’t actually available to see me unless I was willing to go back to the waiting room and wait an hour. The hygienist suggested I come back the next day (I had work, so that’s not possible for me to take more time out of the work week). It is really disappointing that they were unable to just properly manage scheduling or even tell me in advance that the dentist wasn’t available for my exam at my appointment time.

I had a very nice experience at Smiles on Riverside. I was greeted and brought back for my cleaning right away. Dr. Woods carefully explained some elective work. I felt no pressure to have it done. Estimates were provided for the elective work. Overall I felt the office has a very positive atmosphere and would highly recommend.

If you don't like this dentist, then something is most definitely wrong with you or your standards are simply impossible to be met. From the get-go, Dr Wood and her husband Aerial have been more than accommodating and helpful once the transition of taking over the previous dental company had been started. Change is always challenging (and let's face it, many of us don't like change) but this one was for the best. Not once I have been in there to a cleaning, an extraction, X-rays, etc...where all personnel have not been kind. But TO TOP IT ALL OFF...nothing has ever hurt. I hate going to the dentist, my my experiences have all been PLEASANT AND PAIN FREE! I would recommend this practice to everyone!

I just found this Dentist office and I just love them. Professional, kind, considerate, experience, and dynamic people. I had cleaning and other dental issues and I feel relieve they are taking care of me.
