This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in 80 years of going to the dentist. They were late for both appointments. The charges were outrages. they gave a piece of paper with numbers and no explanations until it came time to pay. All they were interested in selling services, and I'm not the only one. NEVER AGAIN and I will make sure my friends will hear about this. If there was one good thing that was the technician.

I'm so glad my mom recommended this dental office. I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past but I've finally found the right dental office. They are so nice, caring, they take their time and the dentist is gentle and explains every step of the procedure and makes you feel comfortable. My daughter who's 13 has always been afraid of the dentist and this is the 1st time that she had a pleasant experience getting a filling. She said she didn't even feel when she got the local anesthetic. Our dentist was Dr. Rodney and our hygienist is Andrea and I'm so pleased with our experience. Can't recommend them enough.

I have been going here for years, though it had been a while since my last visit. I went in to have Dr. Coakley make a new veneer for one that had cracked. As usual, everything was first-rate from check-in to the xray process (and ultimate fitting of a temp from the capable dental tech) and the treatment by Dr. Coakley. Palms is the best group of dentists I have ever used. On top of everything else, Dr. Coakley is very kind and has a great chair-side manner. A+
