I needed some work done and I wasn’t all that happy with previous dentists, so I switched to Palms Dental Care about a year ago and I’m so glad I did. This is the best dentist office I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to many dentists over the years. Everyone in the office is extremely pleasant and friendly. They make you feel welcome and important the moment you walk in the front door. The dental assistants are warm and friendly and show you that they genuinely care about you. At other dental offices I feel like they are all just there to do their job, get as much money as they can from you and go home. This office is completely different.
My Dentist is Dr. Coakley. She is amazing! I wish I found her years ago! She is very knowledgeable and professional while still being warm, friendly and extremely caring. I get a little nervous going to the dentist, but she always makes me feel as comfortable as possible. If she detects that I’m experiencing any pain she immediately does something to prevent any further discomfort. She is very patient and understanding and explains your options in detail.
The ability to trust my dentist is very important to me. Some dentists want to make your mouth their own personal gold mine. I totally trust, from my own experience, that Dr. Coakley is not that way at all and will only recommend what is absolutely necessary. She along with the rest of the staff have taken very good care of me and I no longer dread going to the dentist.

I don’t love going to the dentist, like most I’m sure, but the staff at Palms Dental really does a great job with easing my anxiety by keeping me in the loop with everything that is about to happen. Throughout the procedure they constantly ask how I am doing! Very professional and friendly office! Definitely recommend this dental office!!
