A very upscale practice without upscale prices! Dr. Baez was very gentle while extracting my tooth. The thing I was most afraid of was the numbing shot to the roof of my mouth. I had had that once before and was, ironically,
in extreme pain. With Michelle, the assistant, truly calming me, and literally holding my hand, and Dr. Baez excellent skills I felt no pain at all. I highly recommend this office.

I am pleased to recommend Dr. Kyle Kromrey. He is a fabulous dentist. He displays great respect for his patients and staff. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, gentle and caring. He explains each procedure and while preforming them, explains each step as he proceeds. Plus, after a major procedure, it doesn't end there. Dr. Kromrey follows up with a personal phone call. Another big plus is his staff. They are courteous, helpful, friendly, and caring. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Kromrey and Palms Dental Care. What a great find!

Was called 3 times to change my scheduled appointment. The hygienist was not the best. Way over priced. Office area was very chaotic. Dentist was very nice and the offices were clean and COVID friendly.

Dr. Kromrey is the best dentist I have been to. He is wonderful about explaining everything that he is doing step by step and is very gentle. He did my Invisalign treatment and it came out great, love my straight teeth! His staff is great as well!

I couldn't be happier with the experiences I have had with Dr. Kromrey's practice. He and his entire staff are very caring and professional and their expertise outstanding. I've had many issues attended to with my teeth, from extractions to reconstructions of caps and cracked teeth. Dr Kromrey has done a terrific job each time. I most highly recommend his practice to anyone who "hates" to go to the dentist.
