First time there was great. Super nice staff. Angela at the front desk was amazing with check in/out papers and appointments. The cleaning was painless. Overall I was very happy with my visit and the staff there. After decades of avoiding dental offices, I've finally found a great practice. Palms Dental Care has a caring and knowledgeable staff, skilled doctors and they offer free goodie bag with every cleaning. Not much more you could ask for from your dentist.
The office has an open feel to it, is very clean and modern in appearance.
Doctor Kromrey is very thorough in his explanation about your specific case and is more than happy to discuss a personalized treatment plan with you. He also offers great attention to detail, allowing you to never feel rushed when you're in one of his chairs.
Scheduled cleanings always go as planed, leaving you feeling fresh, but not sore.
The front office staff is always pleasant and helpful, and the checkout process is an efficient science that many attempt and fail at.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with a dentist in July, feeling NO pain upon going, BUT, wound up in the worst pain of my life for near 2 months, had to go to endodontist to have 2 teeth fixed the the other dentist left in pain....over 2000 dollars later I had to now entrust another dentist, which I was scared to death to do. In leafing through my insurance I saw palms dental care and looked it up....I started reading the reviews and was blown away... I just went to see Dr. Kromrey, I was so pleasantly surprised, he was so kind and really listened...I will be going in a few days for the 2 crowns. EVERYONE in the office was so friendly, as if they’ve known you all their life. Isn’t it wonderful when you can FINALLY find someone who truly cares! THANK YOU PALMS DENTAL CARE!
