Did not go, as usual the staff was told to cancel appointment when they rudely took myself out of a meeting I was in so that I give them a credit card number to pay for a filling for my son who was to be there the next day to do the other one. They refused to wait for the next day to accept payment because they were assuming I will sell my home and business and not pay $190. They were very unprofessional. So I've decided to look for a dentist who looks at their client as a person and not cash register only. Very disappointed with the staff!!!!!

I never leave a review but i think i will do it for the 1st time, my son was suffering from severe mouth pain due to his wisdom teeth, i called Palms dental care office and they got me in the same day as a new patient and my son was able to get his surgery done same day as well, i have to say this is the best Doctors office experience i ever had, the front desk staff they were all so nice that they make me feel like home, i was so worry about my son but the medical assistants and the doctors wow if i could give a 10 starts ⭐️ i will give it to the whole staff, i wanted say THANK YOU , THANK YOU , Gracias , GRACIAS to all of the staff at this office you have gained my whole family as new patients and if anyone i know will ever needs to see a dentist or and Oral Surgeon you will be my 1st and only recommendation.

I don't know why! Maybe the materials they use is cheap or Drs don't know what they are doing! But I'm having trouble with a temporary crown week after week! Sores on my mouth for getting this thing kinda sorta fixed up by them!!! Horrible and frustrating!!! Lost my trust and I'm not going to continue all the other treatments there!!!!

Went for a consultation (new patient). Was very please with the office staff they were friendly and efficient. Dr. Kromrey reviewed by X-rays and then explained what he felt was needed and gave three treatment options for me to consider. He was very professional and answered all my questions.
