Dr. Kyle Kromrey is without a doubt, the most honest and best dentist I have ever been to. For the first time in at least 25 years my teeth feel good. I was leaving for Pennsylvania for Christmas, the Friday night before Christmas I broke my tooth. I was frantic, I called a dentist I went to once and got voicemail saying they would be back on January 8th. I called an emergency dental place, I went there and they wanted to have me spend thousands of dollars and seemed only to be interested in money. I found Palms Dental Care online under emergency dental care, it said if you were a patient you could text Dr. Panchal. I wasn't a patient, but thankfully he replied to my text. The next day on a Saturday he and his wife met me at his office and fixed my broken tooth. I will never forget his kindness and his ability to understand my sense of urgency. It wasn't all about the money, it was about him making me comfortable enough to go see my family in PA. He was gentle and thorough. I plan on going back to see him and only having him take care of my dental needs. Thank you so much!!!
