I normally see Sarah as my hygienist and think very highly of her. However, today I had my appointment days mixed up and the person who was scheduled to be there didn't show, so I got the pleasure of meeting Joanna as my hygienist. She was very personable and I felt very comfortable with her.
I also appreciate that the front office staff got me in, even though it was my mistake in mixing up my days, because someone else was a no show. It was really just luck of the draw all the way around for me.
There is no pressure in having extras done, such as whitening, fluoride treatments, or Invisalign, but they make you aware of everything they offer.
Most of my coworkers use this office, too, and I'm grateful and thankful that they recommended them to me.

Extremely professional and patient centric dental office. During our vacation my husband experienced a dental problem and he was able to make an appointment within a couple of hours. The dentist and his staff when way above the norm to take care of his pain and make us feel at home. Great caring team!

Heather at the front desk was very very rude. She hung up the phone on me. i called back and ask to speak to a manager and there was HEATHER on the phone. i told her i need a manager because i'm gonna report her behaviour , and of there she goes again "SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY EARS AGAIN" i had an appointment for my daughter and myself for a regular cleaning.
i made the appointment on 06/21/2021 for the next day 06/22/2021. unfortunately my daughter wasn't feeling well and i had to go pick her up from work and take her to the doctor,so i had to call and cancel.
i have never ever in my life called a front desk at a dentist office and treated this NASTY.

I needed to see the dentist and was looking for a new provider since my provider has not reopened after hurricane Michael. After searching in Google and reading reviews I called to set an appointment at The Center For Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. The reception staff was friendly, personal, professional, and always had a smile that you could hear on the phone. Tiffany made sure I was aware of my appointment and helped keep with a reschedule on short notice. When I showed for my appointment I was pleased to see she knew exactly who I was and remembered our short conversations. A simple but outstanding personal touch.
My dental hygienist, Joanna, got me into the back quickly and efficiently. She handled all my questions before I asked them. The process of xrays, cleaning, and assistance she handled with expert care and always in a friendly and personable manner.
Dr. Skinner came in to evaluate and recommend a course of action for my dental care. She was concise and put up with my bad humor so definitely wins points in my book there. Always had a smile in her voice and advised me in a professional manner. We then agreed on a course of action.
As I was finishing and waiting to schedule my next appointments and look at the breakdown of services Stefanie volunteered to handle my paperwork. She set the appointments quickly and made sure we could maximize my insurance usage to keep my out of pocket costs to a minimum. As before, friendly, professional, and fun to talk to.
I could not have had a better experience. Thank you to the staff of this facility for your efforts in connecting personally with your clients.
