My appointment was at 9 AM. I sat in the chair for 45 minutes without anyone seeing me. I finally complained and asked if anyone was going to see me, and the employees seemed surprised that I was even there. I finally had my teeth cleaned but the teeth cleaning started about 50 minutes late. Absolutely no respect for my time.

Rosy has been cleaning me and my son's teeth for about 3 times now. I have never met such a detailed and sympathetic hygienist in my life. You should do everything possible to keep her in staff. She makes the company #1.

Dr.Samuel is such an amazing orthodontist. He takes the time to explain what's to come and truly listens to all of your needs. very patient and kind. Special thanks to Roxy and Maggie for being the best Ortho assistants ever! Super kind and sweet always greeted me with so much love and made sure to handle my teeth with so much care. Camila for your cleanings and check ups. To Dr. Sharma for finally fixing the extreme sensibility I had on my teeth.
Going to the dentist is scary but everything about this place has been nothing but love. It's truly a special place!

The sales pitch is very aggressive here. Told me I needed a deep cleaning for my son who comes in twice a year and maintains his appts. instead of his regular cleaning. Which we had to pay for even though we have insurance. They went on and on pushing this. This deep cleaning lasted less than 20 minutes and done! While his normal cleaning always lasts 30 min and comes with flouride and sealant. I was charged out of pocket for less service. And they would not take no for an answer. I didn't have the money for this as things are tight these days, and I felt scammed while they smile. Grrrrrrrrr

Only transferred into this practice a year ago and they insisted on doing a full deep cleaning debridement for every cleaning... The first time I agreed since I had come from somewhere else, but just a few months later they still pressed me for a full mouth gum scraping deep clean, when I made the appointment asking for my annual cleaning? For someone that hasn't had a cavity in 15 plus years, naturally straight teeth and no issues I find that hard to believe this is standard practice... When I refused I was told I have to sign a document saying I am refusing the recommended care. At that point I was over it... I asked again for the basic preventative cleaning which my insurance pays for and they claimed they don't "do basic cleanings because it's "just a polish" and not a real cleaning. Maybe that's their hustle? Every single dental office I had been to before does the standard cleanings and THEN recommend additional services and I have NEVER been forced to sign anything for just getting the basic preventative maintenance which everyone in the US gets standard with most, if not all dental plans.
The woman at the front has an extremely condescending attitude pretty much chimed in to say "we are a private dental office and we can refuse to do basic services at the doctor's discretion." I guess I forgot, maybe I was in a communist country where the medical offices were run by the government... This is America right? Cause every dental office I have ever been to in 3 different states in my 40+ years of life were ALL private dental offices. I am not sure if she was trying to make a dig at me for being a POC or what? Not sure since everyone in there looks like they could all be related, fact, if you see the pics on their website and on Google this is blatantly obvious. Ms Attitude tried to tell me they can make an "exception for me as a first and last time," as if they were doing me a favor to give me what the insurance I pay for provides, which is Aetna btw, a major carrier. At this level I just said cancel the appt, I am not sure what type of business they are running but be aware. They will upsell you to the high heavens and insult you when you refuse.
They solicit for positive reviews all over the web, by mail, Facebook etc. I get their mailers at my home weekly. They are pretty much a dental Ponzi scheme at this point!
