My experience yesterday was terrific, as usual. The staff was fully geared up with masks and shields and social distancing markers on the floor. In general, I’m seriously afraid of going to the dentist. Although I still have apprehensions, I always leave feeling I've been attended to by a kind, thoughtful, and professional staff.

BEST STAFF EVER!!! This office treat you like a family, the staff always keep a word with the appoitments, and follow up accordingly. Excellent care and and health screening for COVID-19 when patients areives to the office. This make me feel comfortable and with no worry to be exposed to the VIRUS. I love gentle teeth, I was very nervous about my procedure but Dr Sharma and his assistant are the best in making you feel comfortable and calm during my whole procedures. Since my first visit front desk were very welcoming and helpful with my insurance and appointments

Gentle teeth is just a name- the people within the practice are who deserve 5 stars.
Everyone on staff, from the secretary to the dentist are marvelous.
-Joanna the office manager is super diligent and knowledgeable. I had a horrible experience with my insurance company denying a service I really needed. Several people played key roles in making my insurance company finally approve what was necessary. Not every dentist office would be such an advocate for their patients.
- The Dental hygienist, Janette is beyond amazing! Definitely puts the gentle in gentle teeth!
-The Dentists are also amazing, they have a very soft touch and make the experience as pleasant as can be.
Hands down- gentle teeth is the place to go for your needs!

I have taken my son here several times for cleanings and twice for a cavity. Never have I given him laughing gas and never have I had a problem. All of a sudden it’s non negotiable for $150 fee because my son was moving and complaining last time around?! Which is a total lie because I was there and his doctor even said that he was fine without it. Now after Covid they can’t do it without. Highly upset and I do not recommend these money grubbing people
Update! We took our son to a highly recommended dentist in cooper City and he in fact didn’t even have a cavity like gentle teeth claimed. So not only did they try and force my hand on the laughing gas but they lied about him having a cavity altogether
