As as person who suffers from high anxiety and isn’t too fond of the dentist, my interaction with Dr. Baddaloo was excellent. She was so thorough in her explanations about my procedure and explained it step by step, whilst attending to me. Her gentle and calm demeanour helped a great deal in getting me to relax, which reassured me that I was in good hands. After 15 years of unsatisfactory dentist appointments, there was only one Dental office that could fulfill all of my needs, and that office is Gentle Teeth. Not only are the staff members gentle with their patient's teeth, but they also have caring and gentle personalities that add immensely to their proactive, patient-friendly environment. My hygienist, Esteban, is one of the best in the business, because he caters to whatever problem I may have. Whether it was my wisdom teeth, gum issues, or a few cavities, Gentle Teeth and Esteban were always there to put their best foot forward. And, I am glad that I moved to Pembroke Pines and changed my dentist office, since I have nothing but compliments rather than complaints about Gentle Teeth. Overall, this office delivers high quality care at a reasonable fee, so I highly recommend it!

The office is nice after they moved and upgraded, but not everything that glitter is gold. My personal experience wasn’t all that great. Dr. Sharma did a root canal on one of my tooth’s and by the next time I had to come in for my crown (2 weeks later), my bonding (permanent filling) fell out. He tried to fix it only to make the tooth worse. He had no choice but to shave 98% of my tooth down and left the bonding in place to cover for the loss enamel.
I waited 2 months as he advised to see if the bonding will stay put in order to apply the crown but before my visit, my tooth and bonding was broke apart, leaving an open hole in my mouth. My tooth has to eventually be extracted which left me a larger bill. Not only did I have to pay $921 for a root canal but also had to pay $350 extra, for an extraction for that tooth. Long story short, if the root canal was done the proper way in the beginning, the complications that occurred after wouldn’t have never happened, especially in that short amount of time after having done the root canal.
Now I have to pay to either get a bridge or tooth implant, which we all know cost BIG MONEY! On top of the money I paid for the root canal and extraction! I just wasted and gave away, hard earned money for nothing. UNBELIEVABLE!!

I recently began seeing Dr. Sharma for my dental care and I couldn't be more pleased! He's an excellent, thorough and patient doctor and the hygienist on staff is exceptional! I am extremely sensitive to pain and discomfort and I've never had any issues with this great team! Dr. Sharma takes the time to answer all questions and makes all procedures easily understand and ensures you are prepared. The office is very clean, bright and friendly and the front desk girls are warm and helpful. I love Gentle Teeth!

I hate going to the dentist but this office is great. All the staff is super friendly and professional. Dr. Sharma makes sure you are comfortable and not in any pain. Procedures are quick and appointments run on time. I can finally stop avoiding the dentist! =)

This place is a TOTAL SCAM, I went in for a regular cleaning and Dr. Sharma recommended that I get a "Medium Cleaning" which by the way I never heard of such term. I'm familiar with regular cleaning and deep cleanings. I refused to follow his recommendation and decided that I only wanted to get a regular cleaning, he got extremely upset and said that he wasn't going to "waste his time" performing just a regular cleaning. He was extremely rude, unethical and unprofessional. He claimed that a regular cleaning was just polishing of the teeth and so that is what he instructed the dental hygienist to do. He told her "go ahead and do something quick". I have been going to dentist offices for many years and trust me I know what a regular cleaning entails, so there is no way that is just a polish of the teeth. The dental hygienist -Janette did exactly as instructed, polish, floss, and rinse. This place is a total scam that just wants to sell people "creative services" after a supposed "creative diagnostic". Stay AWAY!!!!

Brought my son for 2 teeth fillings and Dr. Reshma Baddaloo was excellent. Made me feel comfortable with the procedure and my son remained calm and without any discomfort. The staff helping was excellent as well will come back and recommend to anyone

We have been coming here for over a year now and they are the best, wonderful customer service and we love coming here also for my kids to love to coming to the dentist that means for sure they are the best. Dr. Reshma Baddaloo is very friendly and informative all of the staff including Camila and the other ladys are super friendly and most importantly patient. I highly recommend them without a doubt.You guys are awesome
