Yanitza is the best office manager I ever known. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. My braces just came off and I am completely satisfied with my results. They are great!! A while back, I had a traumatic experience there with a dental hygienist who thought she was still a dentist in Columbia. Don't have to tell you how that ended, but a while later I gave them a second shot since she isn't there anymore and especially they have a pediatric dentist on staff as well as a general dentist. That was a huge impetus because I now have a two year old and going separately just doesn't make sense. I made my appointment and went and I was very pleased. Dr. Sharma is awesome. The girls at the front desk as well as the hygienists were really great. Not only did they play with my daughter while I finished up, but they were very gentle, explained all procedures before doing them and gave me a complete breakdown of everything before and after (for a future procedure). Not only that, but their facility is beautiful; clean lines, modern, and state-of-the-art. The only thing missing are TV's in the exams rooms (if you need that sort of thing). If there was a suggestion, it would be one that is probably not in their control: obtain more parking. It is a small office building (which I like), but there are all of 15 parking spaces shared among the insurance agency and lawyers office next door. Who has space for patients? Or people who need to see their insurance agent or lawyer for that matter. Anyway, I really enjoyed my experience and most importantly, so did my daughter. Keep up the good work guys!!

Dr. Baddaloo is the definition of a professional. Her and her staff were great with hardly a wait time. I’m not one who is a stranger to the dentist but the office staff was amazing and so was Dr. Baddaloo. She was very compassionate and caring. A coworker of mine recommended Gentle Teeth. When I arrived the staff was very friendly. I went for a cleaning. I met one of the doctors I can’t remember which one… He was extremely kind and professional. The hygienist was AMAZING! I told her, “This has been the best cleaning I’ve ever had.” I wish I could get me teeth cleaned every 3 months instead of 6! I used to dread getting a cleaning because in the past at other dentist offices hygienists have been too rough and hurt my gums. I also love their flexible office hours. Other dentists are very difficult to get appointments and you have to get time off from work because they aren’t open late. I would recommend Gentle Teeth to anyone looking for quality dental care. I am honestly looking forward to my next appointment!

All staff members are pleasant and professional which is a hard combination to find these days! The dental hygienist that I see takes time with each step of the cleaning process and examination during every appointment. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, and has a very comforting manner about her. The extended hours make this dental practice very convenient as well.
