Finally, a dental office which actually cleaned my teeth! I’d become cynical because for years I’d tried to get a cleaning but was constantly denied because they wanted thousands for a deep cleaning and wouldn’t even clean my teeth. After the wonderful cleaning I received (so gentle [lol] and thorough), I’m definitely coming back for the deep cleaning I need. Furthermore, the office is bright and clean, and everyone is friendly and polite.

I have gone to many different dental offices in the past, and ever since Gentle Teeth was formed, I haven't looked for another. Not only is it in a very convenient and quiet corner of Taft St. and Flamingo Rd, but the staff, facility, equipment and hospitality make it a hard decision to even think of trying a new clinic. The staff are all very energetic, personable, and highly trained. They take their time to educated you, and explain whats taking place in your mouth as well as the remedies and procedures associated with it. The front desk is always organized, and punctual with all their duties in terms of appointment setting, adapting to any changes and taking good care of all my medical information. The staffing working on the patients put more effort in easing your nerves and comforting an fearful thoughts. They reassure confidence with their professionalism. Dr. Sharma, and Dr. Samuel have done the most amazing jobs in allowing me to live with great oral hygiene. I've had the opportunity to get orthodontic procedures, wisdom tooth removal, and cosmetic repairs. I can say I am able to maintain a healthy oral hygiene with a white beautiful smile because of the staff at Gentle Teeth. I give them a 5 out of 5, and want to thank them for their excellent service to our community. Thank You GENTLE TEETH!

After I finally decided to switch dentists and able to afford to get some work done, I walked away disappointed. My Cousin accompanied me on some of those appointments and she was so upset at the results. She had the idea of changing her dentist also but decided against it because Gentle Teeth was not worth it. At first it seemed all good before I paid, but once they received theIr money it’s like you don’t exist, they become unprofessional and did very little to pay attention to details. I was sitting in the waiting room and they passed by without acknowledging. Trying to get to the next steps of dental surgery the first part was ok, the second part was a disaster and then they have the nerve to overcharge me for a procedure that did not take place, called in for a refund, even they though they said they would refund me, they still didn’t. I have just one more procedure to get done and If I hadn’t paid, I would walk away, soon as it’s done goodbye Gentle teeth. I’m glad I didn’t refer friends or families.

Dr. Reshma Baddaloo was absolutely phenomenal!!
My first time visit to Gentle Teeth in Pembroke Pines was one of the most pleasant experiences ever. Dr. Baddaloo was extracting a wisdom tooth for me last minute and made me feel as a priority, was very informative and had such a loving genuine personality, alongside her assistant Carmen and the front desk girl Kayla, everyone ensured I had a wonderful experience!
I will most definitely be coming back and highly recommend anyone to come visit this incredible dentist!
