I have been with this office for about six years for dentistry, cleanings, ortho, and perio.
The service is awesome and they are very punctual. I’ve never had a problem with the office, staff or the work they do.
Dr. Sharma and Samuel always greet me and make sure to address all my concerns.
Jeanette has been my hygienist since the beginning, I learned a lot from her. She has great skills and her cleanings are very thorough.
I like their new office as everything is consolidated into one location and it looks awesome!

I never take the time to write reviews. Especially 1-atar reviews but this is the absolute worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. I waited three weeks for an appt. when I arrive before I could even finish my new patient paper work im told to do my x ray for the consult. Which had to be done twice since the tech forgot to tell my to take my earrings off. Which I don’t mind doing again but it’s always the first thing techs ask when getting an x ray is to remove jewelry -.- I’m seated in a room and told I’ll be seen shortly. 30 min pass and I go to the front desk to ask where the DR Is and I’m told he’s in a procedure -.- why schedule me at the same time as a surgery is going on? On top of that she tells me in 5 minutes I’ll be seen when 15 minutes past I go back to the front desk and am told she’s gonna check on it. 10 more minutes pass and no update. I go back to the front and the girl is just sitting on her phone. Mind you in all this time no one has gone to the room once to assure me that I’ll be seen anytime soon. So after a whole hour has passed I leave because im not going to spend all day waiting for a DR. And it’s until 20 minutes after I left that someone wants to call and say that they’re ready for me now. Such a waste of time and such a disorganized office with mediocre staff. Please don’t even believe these 5 star reviews because most of them are probably coming from the in-office raffle for a TV if you leave a 5-star review. Hope this helps anyone in the future. Save your time and energy.

DISHONEST REVIEWS & MONEY HUNGRY: First, I must note that I visited this office on May 10th, 2021 for a dental emergency. As soon as you enter the room there is a sign on the TV asking folks to leave a Google review in exchange for a chance to win a TV. The doctor came in and explained to me the source of my pain and recommended a root canal. She explained the procedure and immediately left the room to call my insurance company. I was informed by the front desk that it would cost me about $1,200 out of pocket. I called back that Wednesday May 12th, 2021 and requested an extraction instead and was told that they could not schedule my extraction and would need to consult the doctor because I was not following her recommended treatment plan. I was told they would discuss with the doctor and call me back. It is now over two weeks later and I have not heard a word. As a result, I’ve had to find a new dental office and wait to have the procedure done with them. I believe that are interested in the high cost procedures and the smaller procedures take a back seat in importance.

Absolutely the best! My son has been having othodontic care with Dr. Samuels for over a year and the rest of my family has been getting our dental care here as well. The doctors, hygienists and staff are always kind and professional and the care we recieve is the highest quality.

I have visited many dental offices in the past, but Gentle Teeth will forever be my favorite office. I recommend everyone to visit Dr. Sharma who is so passionate, professional and patient, he makes sure that the patient is comfortable and happy with the final results. Dr. Samuel recommended braces, and I decided to get them. It has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made! I will be removing my braces next month and I cant wait to see the final results. the dental assistants are very optimistic and bubbly, the front desk is very cooperative with the needed treatment plan and costs which are very reasonable. In conclusion this dental office is a great place for kids and adults.

I had my premolars extracted last week and I would do it all over again with these ladies by my side. I had an appointment today for fillings and I have to say I am amazed at this place. The quality of care is above and beyond any previous dental establishments I have gone to. They are fast and efficient while maintaining a standard that I haven’t seen in a dentist office before. I was never uncomfortable and both Dr. Baddaloo and her assistant Jessica made sure to be attentive to any issues that arose. I highly recommend this location.
