To begin with, let me make it perfectly clear that I have an EXTREME phobia of dentists! To my chagrin, I recently encountered an emergency situation where I needed to see a dentist right away to remove an old crown that not only had cracked several months earlier, but was now breaking off and barely hanging in place. Having moved from Orlando into the Harmony, FL area, I did not have a local dentist nor had I even looked for one. With the onset of the COVID pandemic, I basically used that as my excuse to not even think about going to a dentist. However, due to my emergency, I couldn’t stall any longer. I contacted 1 800 DENTIST, explained my urgent need and was referred to Dr. Karan Doomra with New Image Dentistry located at 3101 13th St., St. Cloud, FL 34769. His office agreed to take me within the hour and it was only about a 15 minute drive from my home. What a WONDERFUL experience I had with Dr. Doomra! He actually listened to me, my concerns and my fears. He calmly, professionally and gently assured me that I was in good hands and he would do all that he could so that I would experience little to no pain. He was true to his word! Dr. Doomra and his FANTASTIC staff (Ana Dubek, Janette Davila, Kathy and JC), all proved to be exceptional in their care for me and my phobia. It ended up that I had to have an extraction, a temporary crown was put in, a much needed deep cleaning of my gums and teeth was performed (spread out over a couple different appointments) and now I’m just waiting for the permanent crown to arrive. I am so impressed with Dr. Doomra and his staff, that I have decided that he will now be my permanent dentist. Does my phobia still exist? It certainly does, but I am feeling extremely confident that in time, that too shall pass as I continue on this journey of having my teeth properly taken care of by professionals that I can trust they know what they’re doing, that they have my interest at heart, and that they truly care about me as a human being and not just another billable slot. If you’re in need of a qualified and caring dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Doomra!

The dentist and techs are great but the dentist manager is very irresponsible person. She takes upon herself to pull money from my account without my concern. I advised her not to do this again.

I had experienced a dental emergency this morning & after visiting 2 dentists office (no success) I was referred to New Imagine Dentistry by my insurance company. This place is awesome! The staff are so friendly and nice, the DA & Dentist did an awesome job in fixing my problem. I’m excited to continue my journey with them.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager, Janette. She has gone above and beyond to make sure all my appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. She also helped me coordinate my care around my work schedule. She is wonderful!

First visit. Very nice ladies at the desk and the my gal who did the exam. Knowledgeable kind and caring. Front desk girls super polite. Heather was awesome prior to my appt. Dr was nice ...confirmed what I already knew and the plan seems close to my goals and flexible. We will see.....and willing to share again
