Best dentist office ever. Very clean and the staff very friendly!! Dr.Doomra is great and Rhonda the hygienist is the best ever!!! Would highly recommend to anyone and have sent several friends to them.

The doctor is very comfortable to talk to and knowledgeable and professional. and his nurse was very kind and professional. The receptionist was super helpful and nice. This is my new Dentist. I highly recommend New Image Dental.

Really they don't deserve any star that I gave. They are completely incompetent. They bill my insurance for an x-ray that was never done. I had to call my insurance to let them know. Thankfully, the insurance declined the claim. They are pursuing me for payment and at the same time pursuing my insurance to get payment as well. My dental plan covers 100% for exams and regular cleaning. Every time I go to the office for explanation of my statement they can never find any balance that was owed. As soon as I call back when I received another invoice of owed balance (that was never owed in the first instance), they come up with cooked up explanation that they couldn't say face to face but will say on the phone. When people state dental office are crooked, this office definitely takes the cake. Their picture should be on the top list of crooked dental office. I've never ever had this level of corrupt business dealing ever before. I honestly don't understand how (from my first visit) the billing lady was telling me how good my insurance and had printed all the billing schedules on my dental insurance; showing me a big encyclopedia-like book on my insurance to show how great my insurance was.
I think they're more crooked in their practice than being incompetent. WARNING: Be careful with this dental office. DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!

I have been going here for 2 years and always paid my bill the same day when I leave the office. I have dental insurance also. When I leave I pay then ask is there anything else owed and they say no. Well yesterday I told them that I was looking for a new dentist . So this morning they sent me a bill of $598.00 saying I owe this now that I'm not a patent anymore. The bill is starting at 01/15/2020 that's the kicker. They are trying to get me to pay for the insurance discounted amount but if I stayed a patent I would not have to pay. Well people this is extortion and I will spend more money with an attorney. I will contact Cigna and do my best to drop the as a vender I'm going to contact the BBB and anything else to get these criminals.
UPDATE... After talking with them they did remove the charges.
