Bridges Dental

Not very happy with Dr. Bridges right now. I have been a patient for a few years even though l don't go as often as l should, since l don't like going to the dentist. I have always felt like all these expensive treatments were always being pushed on me to do. I broke a tooth in December, the course of treatment was for me to get a partial on top and bottom. Top would be around 1500.00 and bottom around 2500.00. So l decided to start with top partial, got all pre-partial teeth pulled and had appointment on 3/8/21 to hopefully start partial process. On 3/4/21 got reminder call, before she will start on top she wants bottom teeth pulled, cleaning, x-rays, and crowns done. I was going to do top this to take advantage of insurance and pay that amount this year. Then next year do bottom to take advantage of insurance next year and then pay that amount next year. Money does not grow on the trees at my house so l was trying to do best way for me to pay for this. I thought since l was the patient and l was paying a good amount she would do what l want but that is not to be, my appointment was canceled and told they would send my records to my new dentist. I guess with her it is all about the money and not the patient's wants.

I had a great experience with Bridges Dental. Everyone was professional and polite. I had an appointment for a problem with my gums and I was only there for about 20 minutes. The atmosphere was welcoming and Dr. Bridges waived my fee which was awesome! I was treated with respect and I highly recommend this place.Thank you Bridges Dental!

Dr. Bridges and her staff are caring and extremely good at what they do. They make sure that you are comfortable and pain free throughout the entire visit. Thanks Bridges Dental!!

Better than any other dentist I’ve attended, the customer service and care is second-to-none. It’s like the Chick-fil-A of dental care. I’ll come back here for anything I need.

Rebecca has a very gentle hand, so gentle you can fall asleep while she’s doing your cleaning...lol Dr. Bridges is excellent and gives you her time to answer any questions or concerns you might have... I’ll continue trusting my dental health to them no questions asked.

Hardly no wait time in the lobby, but in the chair I waited long for the doctor. This appt I had scheduled for one cavity to be filled and a routine cleaning. The filling went well and discomfort was minimal. Next the cleaning was thorough and my hygienist, I think her name was Rebecca? was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and even explained possible reasons for my TMJ. I have bonding that can catch and snag with flossing, so I told Rebecca this beforehand and she listened to me and was careful as best she could. I did not get a mirror after the cleaning. Total time for that visit was between 1 hr 45min and 2 hrs. When I went home I looked in the mirror and noticed a chip in my bonding btwn my front teeth, I flossed that area and felt an uneven jag. The Drs office was going to close in an hr so I figured they wouldnt have time to fix it that same day, and so I called the office the next day to schedule time to repair the bonding. Spoke with Karen on the phone and told her the situation. She asked for specific details which was good and pulled up my xray while I was on the phone and she knew exactly which tooth I was talking about. She told me they could fix it but didnt have any days that week available. I told her what days I have off from work a couple weeks out. The earliest she could make an appt was a month away. A MONTH! To fix something they damaged, which I understand was an accident, but I was never apologized for. She was not accommodating and I do not see why Dr. Bridges could not fit me in quick. It would only take maybe 10 minutes to fix. And what's crazy is the office is closed every Friday! She did not act like it was a priority, but for me it was because I am very self conscious of my smile. I have had plenty of bonding chips in the past, especially those at the hands of dental staff but have never had to wait more than a week to get fixed. I asked Karen if she could put me on a waitlist for any last minute cancellations or openings. I never heard back on this and kept my month-out appt.

Very nice front desk folks, x-ray tech, hygienist and Doctor! Nice, clean office too. Very thorough cleaning and exam. Very happy with my first visit so Dr. Bridges and staff will be my go-to Dentist from now on!

I went in today to have a cleaning done and X- rays . They found that I had some tartar build up. Courtney was amazing , gental, and very knowledgeable. She did an excellent job . Dr. Bridges was very professional and very nice. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental services.

They recommend work that is very expensive.... never got it right after 3 times returning.... Most excruciating Pain ever at a dentist.... Now have to spend thousands to fix as crowns kept falling off after she attempted fixing. Not to mention pain with every bite as i found out she was supposed to order a root canal. Instead she put a band aid over it causing daily pain now so awful i had to go to the doctor. When i screamed in pain they gave me no sedation...Scary and Painful experience every time....then we were over charged 3 times.

Best dentist I’ve ever had! Dr. Bridges is thorough and spends time explaining things. Her office is always extremely clean. Her staff is the nicest I’ve ever dealt with at any doctors office.
