My experience at Bridges Dental is always such a wonderful and pleasant one. I was in the office yesterday 6-16-2020 for a routine cleaning. I was greeted with exuberant smiles by the the two front desk young ladies, Jessica and Kenzie, who are always so very kind to me and always show a true interest in me. I have health issues and they always ask me how I’m feeling and how I’ve been doing and I really appreciate that! Once I am seated, it only takes minutes for me to me to be called for my appointment by my Superwoman of a hygienist Elena.
I cannot begin to count the many things I could say about my dear sweet Elena! Not only does she rank as the most highly skilled hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of caring for my dental needs, but she is second to none when it comes to personal interaction. To wrap up up my visit, I see kind, sweet and nurturing Ms. Kelli who assists me with my treatment plan and guides me through the insurance process. Without her, all things would not be possible. I am so glad my husband and I chose Bridges Dental for our dental care needs, because we always have such a fantabulously positive experience each time we go for a visit! Beware of empty promises. I used Dr. Bridges for over 2 years and never had a problem. Until I had my top teeth pulled. I wanted to go with implants that screw in. That's when the problems started. They had recently dropped my insurance and was not a preferred provider anymore. So I shopped around for implants which ranged from $25000- $35000. Dr. Bridges husband personally told me that they would do it for $30,000 if I used them. He said that they would work with the periodontist to keep that price. Never the less, I had the implants put in and paid the periodontist $20,000 cash. Time came to have the teeth made and Dr. Bridges said she wanted $16,000 for them. That's $6000 more than they told me it would be. I was taken aback that she would not honor our arrangement. I'm very surprised at the turn of events. I hate giving bad reviews and usually just let things go and not go back. But I felt this needed to be told.

She is knowledgeable, up to date on current treatments and dental sciene as well as being very thorough. Rebecca always has suggestions on improving my dental health. Best hygienist I have ever had -- and I've had quite a few over the many years. Thanks also to Dr. B and all the staff that make things run so well.
