Again had a very enjoyable experience. I am a BIG chicken and Erica, my hygienist is very gentle. Everyone in the office is so friendly and accommodating. My husband sees Paula to have his teeth cleaned and has nothing but great things to say about her as well. Highly recommend this office.

First off thanks for reading this comment post. I first came to Dr. Castle to have one tooth looked had examined been that I have been procrastinating on for a long time. He assessed the situation and gave Me choices. After working on my tooth and successfully remedying my pain and suffering. He offered me an opportunity that no other dentist has ever done. He helped get me the proper financing to have a complete mouth overhaul reconstruction. This means all my teeth are crowned. it was either that or have my teeth all extracted and getting dentures. My self-diagnosis was that all my teeth had micro cracks. I believe that's what was causing tooth loss dental decay. Most of my teeth were either chipped cracked or had fillings. I believe it was the Mercury lead dark Fillings.My situation was worse than I thought when he revealed to me how serious having good health dental hygenics . The stuff is amazing. Always helpful kind to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
My life has been changed , forever thankful. I now have the ability to have the confidence and NO MORE PAIN !!! I now enjoy cleaning my teeth.
Dr. Castle and my opinion is the only dentist I will ever go to, also Dr. Williams expertin root canals, empathy,compassion, dedication to his gift of helping humanity. The kindness did they showed me inspires me to share it with you. A lot of the bad habits I used to have , for one drinking coffee addicted to caffeine, stains teeth. No longer addicted to this dangerous habit of addicted to caffeine. I have lost weight and now feel better than I ever have in my life. Been taking better care of myself all because Dr. Castle gave me the opportunity to decide to change my life and accept his kindness. well worth all the money that was spent and invested in a beautiful smile that I will treasure forever. I have been going to this location for numerous years maybe 10 now. I've always seen Dr. Williams and he's always been so gentle and did such great work, this past week I saw a Dr Casel and I was kind of worried only because I hadn't seen him before. But to my surprise he was just as gentle as Dr Williams and I wouldn't be going any other place for my dental work. I worked myself into major anxiety about getting a crown yrs ago only because of all the horror stories I've heard from other people but i didnt feel a thing and has since had to have a couple more crowns.

Im not a fan of dentistry - this place is great for anyone with anxiety of the dentist. Friendly, professional staff and competitive pricing too - In many cases a one stop office for many dental services. Conveniently located, it's not a "dread" to go here. Highly recommend!

My crown fell off and this dentistry was the only one open on that Saturday before storm. I was told by dentist my crown might not hold a very long time because I needed a new crown but for that reason and me only being in the chair for 10 minutes why was I charged $200. For a re-cementing and only temporary job? Seriously? It only lasted a few hours. That's not a $200 job. Sorry.

The staff along with Dr cassel are phenomenal. They made me feel like they would take care of me and wow did they ever. I have overwhelming confidence in their abilities to continue to provide exceptional and professionally efficient customer service.

I found Premier Dentistry while sifting through my in-network local dentists. After reading the great reviews here, I decided to schedule a basic hygiene appointment to start off with. In my past experience as a dental patient, I have been lucky to have had great dentists. But I have also had the "pleasure" of having terrible experiences, so I have a range of comparison for this review.
Dr. Castle and his team impressed me beyond belief. From being able to book online for an emergency hygiene appointment (after 5 pm so I could go after work), to receiving a confirmation text, to then receiving a follow up phone call to confirm insurance info, the pre-visit criteria were all on point.
I arrived at the office, my temperature was taken with a contact-less thermometer as a COVID-19 pre-caution/screening, all team members were wearing masks, and all dental staff were also wearing face shields (if this is important to you, they have this covered). The reception staff were very polite and efficient. All my insurance info had already been taken, so the history part was effortless.
I was seen on-time, by Paula, who did my scaling. She froze my teeth with a numbing gel (no needle as I am used to back in Canada), and I felt next to no-discomfort at all during the deep cleaning (scaling). Paula, adorned in face shield and double face mask for added precaution, was polite, funny, extremely gentle, and had a great bedside manner that put me at ease instantly. (the fact that she can put someone at ease while also pulling off a face shield and double mask, I take my hat off to her for this).
I was then seen by Dr. Castle who was very professional and kind. He asked me a few questions about my dental objectives, and in no time, I met with him and his assistant Jannice to discuss a treatment plan and pricing that was affordable to my budget. I was not pushed towards any particular solution, but Jannice informed me of the price differences as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each solution in the long term. I confirmed with friends afterwards and their pricing is on point and comparable to any of my in-network dental offices.
I was given an appointment for the following week to begin the treatment plan which involved cosmetic and preventive care for the adverse effects of intense teeth grinding and wear. I just finished that second appointment today and am extremely pleased with the results so far!!
I would highly and without hesitation recommend Premier Dentistry of the Palm beaches to all patients seeking an honest, knowledgeable, experienced and pleasant dentistry team. I sincerely have nothing but positive feedback so far. This review was written voluntarily and the team did not ask that I review my experience, (fyi). I am doing so because I have a bit of a fear of going to the dentist, and reading reviews prior to choosing a doctor is an important factor in my decision process, hopefully this is helpful in yours!

Office location and features are nice. Dentists and hygienist I had were good. In regards to billing, they don't know how to deal with insurance and never reimbursed me or filed the appropriate document. Since they don't know how to deal with my current insurance this office does not accept it and the solution is very simple. They've wasted a ton of my time.
