Been going here for years. Dr. Silva was AWESOME, but he retired. The new Dentist - not so much. Recommended that I get 2 of my molars crowned and some brace for my lower front teeth.

I went for a 2nd opinion. New dentist took full set of x-rays and gave thorough examination. (Even more thorough than I got at Premier) and my teeth are FINE. Nothing is needed. The wear on my teeth and gums is normal for my age and situation, having straightened my teeth a few years ago.

Apparently the dentist here recommends a lot of UNNEEDED crowns, to help fund his numerous vacation houses, and he has 3 or so offices, so be careful to avoid him at all costs. Dr. Casale is his name. Or Casel. Not sure the spelling. I hate him, and don't even want to respect him by spelling his name correctly.

Also - the hygienists don't stay here long. Especially the good ones. When turnover is high, that is a bad sign. The boss is not good. I should have taken that as a sign and changed dentists several years ago.

DON'T GO HERE!!!!

After contacting numerous offices to establish a new dentist, I finally settled on Premier Dentistry because one of the staff members guaranteed me that if I booked an appointment for a teeth cleaning here, that I'd be allowed to receive my teeth cleaning the same day as my dental evaluation. So I take the first "evening appointment" they have (meaning 4pm) shifting my entire schedule around to accommodate this appointment, only to get there and find out that they can't even "guarantee me" that I'll get my teeth cleaning today! I'd forwarded them x-rays from previous dentist offices well in advance that if they were 'out of date' that should have been communicated to me that they would need to take new x-rays and that they would no longer be able to accommodate my teeth cleaning in the same appointment since I'd stressed significantly that I would ONLY be willing to make the appointment with them if I could get my cleaning on the same day. So I get there, argue with the staff for twenty minutes (no exaggeration) until someone confirms with me that they can't in fact "guarantee" my cleaning for this day. After becoming very frustrated with the lack of communication and feeling blatantly lied to, I got up and walked out. The cheery on the cake will be if they charge my insurance for today's visit - which they better not - I will dispute it. Oh, and another fun point about the front desk staff? They called me the day before attempting to push me to come in half an hour earlier to 'fill out paperwork" we all know takes five minutes to fill out?!?!!? When I confirmed with them that I could not leave work any earlier than I already was going to, I was given an attitude. Then when driving to my appointment today, literally TWO minutes down the street, I get another phone call from the front staff asking where I am (mind you still had seven minutes before my actual appointment time). All in all, I felt the customer service care was POOR, their communication, attention to detail and overall consideration and compassion for their clientele as POOR and I would certainly not recommend this office to anyone. Patients are paying YOU. C'mon people - be considerate? I will only go to referral-based practices from now on, it's too damaging to deal with incompetence and lies.

WOW! Where to even start with this scam of a place.

I am a 35 yr old who visits the dentist twice every year and takes very good care of my teeth and has only had a few cavities in my life.

This place tried to sell me $300 of services before I even got my teeth cleaned. Said I needed a deep cleaning on one quadrant and antibiotics after. That was quickly followed with saying I needed a night guard. Who even knows what that would have costed.

The cleaning was the worst I've had in my 35 years. Wasn't enough to even remove any plaque and they refused to clean the one quadrant.

After the cleaning I was told I needed 2 crowns and 2 cavities filled. I am not even sure the lady that came in to say I needed all this was a dentist. Her picture isn't up on any of your websites that I could even see what dentist she was.

Today I just went back to my old dentist (he moved further away is why I switched) for a 2nd opinion. Within no time he just laughed and said I didn't need any of it. No deep cleaning, no night guard, no crowns (in fact one of those teeth was a virgin tooth and has never even had any work done to it), no cavities. NOTHING! Here this place is trying to get 3-4k out of me and my insurance and another very trusted dentist sent me home without anything being done.

I have a PPO insurance and was told from the 2nd dental office even their prices were incorrect and they were trying to charge me fees that the insurance most likely wouldn't even cover and then I'd be on the hook for them.

This place is a mill and scams people into thinking they need false work done. I feel sorry for everyone that works at this place especially the dentists who have to go home and sleep at night with their scam of a business.

I warn everyone to never step foot into this place. It's a rip off and you will be up sold from the first 5 min in the chair all the way to the end with things you don’t even need.

It was a very pleasant experience. I am afaird of going to the dentist. However the staff at Premier help me put my fears aside. They were all very professional and explained all the procedures that was done to me. Thanks you all at Premier. Looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Casel is great. Very efficient, well mannered and my crown went on painlessly. Maybe the best dentist I've ever used. I highly recommend this place.

SCAM!!!! Do not go here! I went in for a cavity filling per Dr. Salazar's request, a cavity which I later confirmed with another dentist to be minuscule or non-existent (as visible on the X-ray before the work). First of all, they took terrible, rushed X-rays. Then, when I went in to get the work done the doctor kept telling me I needed all of my wisdom teeth pulled even though they came in at least 7 years ago and I've never had an issue with them at all and other dentists have told me they are fine. Then, she injected me with the local anesthetic and then immediately started drilling without even waiting 5 seconds.

When I was yelping in pain, they just injected two more rounds of anesthetic right off the bat and went to work. The doctor drilled right into my nerve and ruined the tooth, which I'm now convinced she did on purpose to con me into getting the tooth pulled. In my case, that is a complicated surgery since the tooth's roots are hooked into the canal that holds the mandibular nerve! She didn't even notice that on my chart, which should have been my first warning sign had I known better at the time.

When I left the office I was so numb I could barely drive. I was numb for 8 hours after the cavity filling! AND they charged me for all the extra anesthetic they used out of sheer laziness and being in a rush. Very unprofessional and dangerous! Since then, the tooth has been nothing but an issue and I have to get a root canal to fix the nerve.

When I came in the last time just to get my X-rays, they told me I had a massive infection and needed to get it pulled and a bone graft. Since then, I have gotten 4 other opinions and none of the other doctors, endodontists, or oral surgeons have seen any evidence for any of that, they were simply trying to scam me! And as I said earlier, removing that portion of my jaw where that tooth is for a bone graft would ruin the nerve and leave me completely without sensation in half my jaw... how could that be sound advice?

This place is a complete scam. They should be investigated. However, the crowning jewel of this horrific experience are the bills I keep receiving for the incredibly brief, scam of a follow up visit with Dr. Casel (I conveniently haven't seen Dr. Salazar since she did the filling). I already paid for the monstrosity they did to my tooth and they are still racketing me for money. Its outrageous!

I had not been to a dentist in over 20 years so I feared going. Had root canal work and the professional staff at Premier made it as pleasant as possible. From the front desk to the assistants to the dentist, all were so caring and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Terrible experience. Office was dungeonous and smelled moldy. The chair side equipment literally had caked on “stuff” all over it and the area the chair was stuffed into was practically a hallway littered with the hygienist dusty personal items and pictures. The staff was NOT welcoming at all. I required an extraction but they blind sided me with an $950. out of pocket bill which I didn’t have at time of visit. There was NO compassion and they sent me packing with a script for antibiotics and ibuprofen. When trying to arrange for a payment plan/credit I was brought into a space that was best described as a cluttered closet. The “business manager” was about as unprofessional as they come and I was privy to others medical files strewn about her desk-HIPPA nightmare. I went to another dentist who addressed my pain and completed the procedure for $230. Out of pocket. I have no idea who wrote the positive reviews but I expect they were somehow personally connected. Trust me when I say “RUN”.

This was my first visit to this office (since I just moved to the area) and I felt that my cleaning was a means to extract money from me. I understand that I do not have perfect teeth but I find it hard to imagine that my teeth have declined as much as the hygienist said in the last 6 months. When she performed Periodontal Probing, she did it wrong. I know, it's hard to imaging someone trained to do this doing it incorrectly unless it's for the sole purpose of stating inflated numbers to sell you a deep cleaning. The hygienist was even so kind as to show me (after I asked) how the numbers were so high. When she put the probe in, she did so perpendicular to the tooth, placing the probe in between 2 teeth. I thought this was odd and asked why is she measuring it there since you're supposed to put the probe parallel to the tooth. She either didn't quite understand my question or artfully dodged it. In essence, she was just putting the probe in the whole between two of my teeth, normally where floss would go. I can't say how good the dentist is since I only saw her for about 5 minutes. However she did push for more procedures and more money as well. Based on this experience, I will never return to this office and I will never recommend them.
