Shantall, Thank you is an understatement this young lady is a God sent & I could not say Thank You ENOUGH. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but Shantall made my experience at Premier Dentistry go so smooth. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me with EVERYTHING,
from START to FINISH. And because of her (Shantall) I'm now taking the steps to do what I should have done year's ago. She worked behind the scenes to assist me and I will forever be GRATEFUL. This dentist is a complete scam.... stay far away if you want to keep any of your money. During my first visit they told me I needed a descaling and some medication to prevent infection. Their sales tactics seemed sketchy and overly pushy, so I googled the medication and the first hit was 'ways to know your dentist is ripping you off'. I walked out of the office spending $600 and seeing the doctor for 30 seconds (where he tried to pitch plenty of other procedures I don't need.) I was assured that insurance would reimburse $300 of my $600 expense only to be billed for an additional $50 two months later. This place has dishonest business practices and sleazy sales techniques. Stay far away.

We are new to town, and I had a dental emergency. Ended up needing a root canal and bridge. Dr Julio Pinzon and his assistant, Rosa Lee are the ones I saw first and the second time ws Dr Pinzon, but I did not catch the assistant's name this time, but these people are wonderful. They got me in quick, took wonderful care of me. I have a fear of dentist and would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone was so kind and put me at ease and they will be my dentistry of choice as long as I live here. Thank you.

I have had a lot of work done last year, including gum surgery, and although very intense at times, the doctors, nurses and the staff always made it a good experience. The only thing I feel could be improved is the wait time.

Outstanding from the time I walked in until I left! I was greeted with smiles, everything was explained ahead of time and just a great group of people. My procedure was lenghty (my fault not theirs) and painless! Highly recommend!

Dr Williams and his assistant are kind, accepting, encouraging and understanding. Dr Williams was able to work with me as I transitioned from needing sedation denistry to now doing the last 2 implants with local anesthetic. When Dr Williams moved from Ormond Beach to West Palm...I moved my care to his new practice. I come down for the day, shop, see my daughter and go to the dentist. The office staff works towards the best solutions within my dental Insurance benefits. I am very satisfied with Dr Williams and his staff.

I've been here multiple times for some major work and I can tell you so far they have done some incredible work! Also they are so down to earth and even watch my 1yr old while I'm there. Love these guys and highly recommend them to anyone!
