Dr. Hancock helped me through my first root canal. She made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and was straight forward with the options that I had. Dr. Foote and the whole staff is like family. They know me when I call, when I walk in and make me feel comfortable. The staff also knows how I ( like most people) don't like to have dental work. They do everything to make me comfortable and totally painless. I have sent people there that were just as pleased.

Nobody enjoys trips to the dentist. This a universal truth. However, I was so surprised by the pleasant atmosphere and the kindness in which I was greeted. All of which started on my initial phone call. I was asked about what I didn't like at my last dentist and what they could have done better.
As for my appointment, I waited only a couple of minutes before I was shown back for xrays and then seated waiting for the dentist. There was a TV on the wall and one on the ceiling as well. Very cool! I didn't have to wait long and soon enough we determined that I have a cavity.
They didn't have time to take care of it that day so rescheduled me for the following week. The best part is that we were having difficulty due to the holiday weekend with my husband's insurance. They said that I could take the time and work it out and then pay for my visit the next time I come. Talk about excellent customer service. I was blown away.
My only regret is that I didn't come here when I had to have my crowns done. A+

They make you feel welcome and comfortable ,from the staff at the reception area like Tina and Carrie to the hygienists and dentists like Dr.Foote. I would highly recommend this office for all your family dental needs .

I’ve been coming to them for a while but Today I came in for a gingivectomy and because they didn’t properly quote me for what my insurance covered I was unable to get it done. I’m down to my LAST PTO hours for the year and I took off work to have this procedure done. I had to cancel. It’s bad business practice and inexcusable. If that’s the fee fine but it’s their job as providers to ensure as a patient I’m supplied with all the correct information so when I take off work and I show up for my appointment I’m not turned away.

Being a place no one likes to visit, it is a place that tries to make it less painful. There is a comfortable reception area with refreshments. There are TV's for you to watch while the work is being done, yes even when you are reclined there are TVs on the ceiling. Of course you better like shows about home buying, flipping, remodeling, etc. I don't think they have heard of news channels!
The staff is friendly and helpful. I love that I get the same tech person each time. The doc is good also, friendly and seems to know what she is talking about.
They are helpful in trying to always get you good deals on dental payment options, except they do NOT accept American Express, really?
I also love that they are always reminding you of your appointment. Months before, days before and then hours before you are suppose to be there.
Overall, a great place, I would give 5 stars if they accepted American Express and had better TV choices.

The office staff, hygienist and dentist couldn't have been nicer. The facility was extremely clean and up to date. They did a great job explaining everything.
They did a ton of xrays and diagnostics and showed me everything. Very good for someone scared of dentists!
The hygienist, Kim, was excellent. Very considerate and professional.
