Lot's of paperwork before going into the back. They should have a desk so that you can complete the forms legibly. There should be a light on this table as the waiting room is quite dark. Forms - the font size is very small, and there was a line running down the page that made it nearly impossible to understand some of the questions. Some of the questions are repeated on the forms. The forms can't be completed before the visit. Minus one star for the paperwork done on a clipboard.
Once the forms debacle is completed, you are led back to to working part of the office. It's well lit, and has all of the equipment that you would expect in a modern dental office. The staff is polite, and knowledgeable. The oral surgeons that I saw did a through exam and explained their findings twice so that I understood what was going on. I left the office without a resolution, but with an understanding of my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to friends and family.

This was my first time coming to this dentist office and it was a great experience. The staff were very nice from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Kim was my hygienist and she was awesome! She was very gentle with my cleaning and my teeth felt great when I left. Dr. Foote and Dr. Ganti were great also. I would highly recommend Acworth Center for Family Dentistry!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, so I was a little nervous. But everyone in the office was so nice and professional. I had a great experience, and yes, I do have to go back for a deep cleaning, but that's my fault for not going to the dentist. I'm looking forward to getting my teeth and gums back in shape, and I have total confidence in this office. I just wish you guys would get a prophy jet for cleaning. It really helps get rid of the stains. And, by the way, the tv's are great for a distraction when you're getting your mouth worked on. Thanks for a great experience!!

Upon walking into Acworth Center for Family Dentistry, I knew it was going to be an incredible experience, even being at a dentist! The place was beautifully decorated, relaxing and clean. My dental hygienist was great! She treated me so well and made me feel super comfortable at the same time did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The Dentist explained everything to me and took her time making me understand what I needed to have done and what was priority.

Such a nice place! Really clean and everyone that I spoke with was very kind. The hygienist Kim was really sweet and genuine. Both her and doctor Foote were informative about everything. I never felt pressured into anything. They just give you their professional advice and help you understand. I am really glad I went in.

This dental office is great. Dr.Isbell is wonderful. Kerry is a terrific hygienist. All are quite professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice for dental care.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! I have terrible anxiety, and a few medical conditions and Dr. Frank Nia was so nice, understanding and helpful with making sure I was calm. I have had a positive experience every single time I have been there. Highly satisfied.

This dentist is amazing. Free exam and evaluation. After the evaluation she said that my tooth needed an oral surgeon for extraction and gave me a referral and still charged me $0 for the whole visit. They are out to take care of you, not take your money. Will be coming back for my cleanings and regular dentistry.

So I'm going to have to update my previous review of this dentist office. I do feel that they do great work there, and that they're very affordable and work with you, but the one thing that gets on my nerves above everything else is that they are constantly, and I do mean constantly changing appointments. It's almost like they play appointment Tetris everyday. It is getting rather irritating, and even today, when I brought it up to someone's attention, she just seemed to blow it off and justsay "Oh, unfortunately, it happens sometimes.' but, it happens every single time me, my husband, or my parents make appointments. Even worse, my husband and I are blind, and we rely on my parents to get to and from the dentist. So, we try to schedule our appointments together. again, they constantly keep changing them, in some cases, trying to separate us. This is completely unacceptable. When we make appointments, we expect them to stick. I understand that things change every once in a while, but every single time is completely unacceptable and unnecessary, and this needs to be addressed. They are very close to losing all four of us for good.

Acworth Center for Family Dentistry is a very inviting and clean dental office. The staff is friendly and calms any nerves you might be experiencing. They do a great job of explaining the procedures and the billing - both insurance and patient responsibility.
