As a new patient, my overall, initial impression was great. The front desk staff was very kind, my hygienist was awesome, and the dentist I saw was informative and thorough.

The entire experience at this office was phenomenal. The office staff and assistants were welcoming and reassuring. Dr. Hancock was fantastic as she took my concerns seriously while making me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dental office for your oral care and health.

Today was my first time visiting this location and I loved the experience! My dental hygienist, Kerry, did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. He gave me lots of great information to make sure I properly care for my teeth. I look forward to my next appointment.

This was my initial visit to Acworth Family Dentistry. I haven't been to a dentist in quite sometime and was dreading going in and confronting some dental issues. The entire staff from front to back were a fun enjoyable group of young professionals. They used state of the art equipment. I had xrays, consultation and exam by Dr. Foote who went over how we would approach my dental care. I was very relieved to learn that my teeth are in much better shape then I thought and that the work needed is not as extensive as I thought it would be. They accept my insurance and went over the cost to me and my insurance and set up my next 3 appts. I left feeling relieved, well informed and in good hands.

This was my first time at this dental office. Everyone was very nice and professional, and the office was pleasant with up-to-date decor. Natalie was great and Dr. Foote explained everything to my satisfaction. Tess was wonderful and took time to make sure I knew what my insurance covered and what my co-pays were for the indicated treatment. Good experience and would definitely recommend.

Amazing! Came in for a routine cleaning and I was seen at my appointment time with no waiting. Arlene was fast and gentle while taking my Xrays and Kerry my hygienist did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. Dr. Hancock was very thorough with her exam. I highly recommend this office! I will be a forever patient!

What a lifesaver!! Had a dental emergency on a Friday afternoon, was able to get in first thing Saturday and get it fixed! The entire staff was so kind, professional, and efficient! I now have a new dentist. Went back for a regular cleaning and exam a few weeks later and experienced the same great service. It's great being treated like a client instead of a checkbook. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing experience. I have been to multiple dentists throughout my life. This is, by far, the best office I've been to. What really impressed me was that after the consultation, Tessa went through everything with me. From what needs to be done to what my insurance covers. I was definitely convinced that they care about their patients. 5/5 stars for sure!

Update: I have gone for my second dental procedure and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Foote and Casey have been absolutely amazing. 5 stars doesn't suffice. They were so thorough and explained every step during the process. This is by far the best dental practice I have been to.

I had an appointment today at 3:00. They called me this morning at 9:50to tell me that my copay was $160.00. I told the lady that my insurance pays 100%. I called Human and the very nice lady checked and I was right. The very nice lady at Human called the dentist office and made sure that they had the correct info. I went for my appointment and after many many X-ray the person that does the cleaning had to check my gums/teeth with a pick and I was told that I needed the deep cleaning. I told him that I had that done in June 2020, but that was not good enough for him. He checked and finally came back and told me that he was going to do some kind of cleaning that would cost me another $81.50. I told him that I just wanted just a regular cleaning. They could not do it so I left. My wife had an appointment at the same time and she was very happy with them. When I was on the phone with Human this morning and she called the dentist office and we all went over the codes and what was going to be done with the cleaning. Now things were changing and I had NO WAY OF TELLING WHAT THE INSURANCE WOULD PAY OR NOT. This was all taken care of this morning and now things are changing. I had the full face X-ray done at Aspen dental 6 months ago and they were very insistent on me having that X-ray done. Even when I told them that my insurance would only pay for 1 every 5 years. Guess they do not care how much radiation I receive when they do this again. They offered to do it for free, I refer you to the above and not knowing if this is correct. Like I said my wife likes them. They got her going back in 4 months for another cleaning. She brushes and floss 3 times a day. I guess even if you brush and floss as much as my wife the right dentist will figure out a way to get more money out of you anyway they can.

Today, was the first time I have gone to the Dentist and did not experience ANY pain. I am terrified of the painful procedures that can occur when having dental work. I did not know it was possible to have dental work done without shedding tears! However, God has gifted Dr. Waddell at Acworth Center for Family Dentistry to administer those painful shots in your gums WITHOUT pain. I didn’t feel a pinch; I didn’t feel anything. After decades of trepidation, I can finally go to see my dentist without fear. For me, it is a miracle. Dr. Waddell, thank you so much. You are Amazing!
