Great place! Great Staff! I had my first cleaning exam here today and was very impressed with the service I received. The facility looks, new, modern and clean with very sophisticated equipment. My patient room had one television at eye level and another television on the ceiling, which I loved! (Much better than having to look at ugly stained ceiling panels during your cleaning). All of the staff were so friendly and efficient. My cleaning was quick and painless. Dr. Foote was very pleasant and informative. I especially liked her patience as she took the time to listen to and discuss my questions. Overall, I was very happy I chose this as my new dental provider from now on!

Organized and friendly professional staff. Low wait time. Up-to-date equipment, thorough examinations, procedures explained with detail to ensure patient understands and knows what to expect during treatment. Dentists on site are very knowledgeable and skilled, often fixing poor quality work done from other dental offices. I've never had any complaints/issues and trust them 110%. Glad I found this office, I can rest assured that I'm in good hands. Thanks!

I worked with Tina, Melissa, and Dr. Foot and all three were awesome. I missed the lady’s name that checked me in, but she too was very pleasant and professional.

The entire staff seems to work well together and all have the same goal in mind: Taking exceptional care of the patients.

The best dental office surrounding metro Atlanta. All of the staff are friendly while providing great services. They definitely know how to make you feel comfortable before and during any procedure. I have had a crown done last year with zero issues during the procedure and afterwards. I continue to go here for my routine periodontist maintenance.

We have been going here for 3 years. The staff is very polite and caring, and the rooms are very clean. We love going to the Dentist here. They make it so easy to set up and change appointments. We highly recommend this Dentist office to anyone looking for a Dentist in the Acworth area.

Caring, friendly and professional staff. I avoided going to the dentist for years. Now that I found the Acworth Center for Family Dentistry, I don't mind going. They take the time to explain things and make you very comfortable.

Initially asked for a new patient appointment, was scheduled for a problem visit. They only intended to do basic X-ray’s. I insisted that the full X-ray’s and new patient appointment as requested be honored. My main issue was with the front office staff being rude and not scheduling me for what I asked for. A very young lady who appeared to be around 18 years old came in to speak with my husband and I. She was disrespectful and rude. They did all necessary X-ray’s. I was given a care plan. They wanted to charge me nearly $500.00 for a deep scaling but my husband who has the same insurance paid around $350.00 for the same treatment. I told them that I would be expecting a phone call from them with the final cost associated with my care plan since they did the same thing for my husband. I never received that phone call!! I was going to give them another chance and called for an appointment after waiting for a month and a half for a return call. I was informed that the computer was down and that they would call the following day. It never happened.. Meanwhile, my tooth broke and again I called and was told that the reason why my cost was more expensive was because my husband was covered at 60 percent and I was covered at 50 percent. We called the insurance company and discovered that my husband and I had the same exact coverage. The dentist, hygienist, and X-ray personnel was just fine. I had no issues with the dentist Destiny Foote and would see her again if she was at another practice which had it together!!! We requested our X-ray’s and are STILL waiting... At this point, I definitely would not recommend this practice!!! The only way that they could make it right is to honor the correct insurance and repair the broken tooth complimentary since I waited for a month and a half for a return appointment and final cost associated with my care. Perhaps, had they been on the ball, I could have prevented my tooth from breaking since I was told that in general, I have very healthy teeth. I most DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!!
I received notification that the owners wanted to hear from me. Guess what? As you can imagine, their voicemail is FULL!!! They REALLY DON’T want to hear from me or else the voicemail wouldn’t be full now would it???

This office is amazing! The staff is kind. The hygienist are gentle. The environment is calming. I'm not fan of dentist office and have shifted to several over the last few years because I've been treated like less than a patient. This dentist office is the polar opposite. They make me feel comfortable, don't rush me through the process and don't have long wait times (which is a huge pet peeve of mine). If you're someone like myself who is easily made anxious by the thoughts of dental procedures this is the place for you!

I love the staff and Dr. Foote is great. She is very informative and she makes me feel comfortable. The office staff is great from the reception desk to the examination room. I enjoy coming and I also feel invited. The atmosphere keeps my nerves at ease and the staff is so friendly. I recommend this dentist to anyone who is apprehensive about the dentist or just wants to be taken care of in a wonderful manner.

I absolutely love Dr. Isbell. She has the best bed side manner and it's like speaking to a friend not a doctor. I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. Isbell changed that! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist.
