Best dentist I've ever had. He pulled both my top wisdom teeth and had a conservative approach to treating a sick tooth of mine, which I genuinely appreciated. Very knowledgable, funny, and talented doctor. I'd recommend him to anyone!

The first words out of the dentist mouth, “Scots-Irish?” simply asking me my nationality, I guess. Root canal services listed on their website. Told way later that they can’t do it. Charged $265 for X-rays and a consult. Dentist was the worst. Verbally berated trainee nonstop. When I asked her if she deals with that all day, she said it’s usually much worse. The receptionist and everyone else was perfectly friendly, but the dentist is a walking red flag.

This place is HILARIOUS. I went in with tooth pain and they tried to tell me my insurance was horrible and my cost for just an exam would be $216. I went somewhere else, they told me I had great insurance my exam plus wisdom tooth removal was only $79 total. The dentist here was also making comments about patients and sticking his middle fingers up about them to the receptionists while other patients were in the room. It was very unprofessional and a total scam. Don’t walk, run from this place.

Not even kidding - he told me I needed to “drop a few pounds” and that I should’ve “gone to a cheaper school” after I told him I had concerns over procedure costs. Oh and they charge you to release your X-Rays… weirdest dentist I’ve ever been to.

Do NOT go here. I have heart disease and take a beta blocker to slow my heart rate down. They injected me with epinephrine and sent me into afib!!! Then the younger dentist that was taking care of me wanted another image besides my xrays and inserted a long thick metal post into the abcess that I had. It was attached to a cord that ran along the floor. He tripped over it and the post was jerked within my abcess. I now have numbness of my bottom lip and chin and will have to see another doctor to repair the damage done to my alveolar nerve. He also wanted to pull my tooth with me on blood thinners.. my cardiologist was shocked by this practice since she said the bleeding would be severe.. This is how the Dr Padlosky always does extractions on heart patients. I'm lucky that they referred me to another practice of oral surgeons. Glad to be alive after all that I've been through. But still no feeling in my lip and chin!!!
Also, I would like to add that the doctor 's response to my review is a blantant lie. I Never spoke to him!! My mother called him and received a call. But, there was no way they were going to touch me again after all of that!!!

DIRTY & GREEDY. First - this office is disgusting. It's dirty. Dirty rags and dirty/used gloves everywhere, (I work in the medical field and have training on proper medical sanitation, this office was unacceptably dirty. Something like an episode of Hoarders) stacks of unmanaged paperwork sitting around everywhere. The exam chair was visibly covered in debris and probably has not been wiped down in months. I am actually sick to my stomach when I think about how the mouthpiece for the xray machine probably has not been wiped down between patients as I did not see any tech wipe it before or after me.
When I first arrived the first tech said they DID take my insurance, then another tech came over and said they do not but she will give me paperwork & codes so I can submit the claim to my insurance myself. Im no insurance broker but common sense-wise that does not add up to me, sounds like they are lazy and do not want to do the paperwork themselves.. so I just paid the $265 as my situation was somewhat of an emergency.
After telling me I have a fracture in my jaw that did not require surgery, they tried to sell me on a $1000 mouth guard which I declined due to the doctor explaining to me that the injury can heal on its own with no issues as it was small and not out of place, and that the guard was not totally necessary. They refused to prescribe me any sort of pain medication because I opted out of paying for the $1000 mouth guard saying that it's like if someone breaks an arm bone they dont just get pain meds they get a cast... (which im pretty sure even people that break other bones still get pain medications..?) He also told me I have a lot of inflammation and wouldn't even prescribe me an anti-inflammatory medication. A waste of my time and money. I would advise anyone to stay away.
OH and the doctor was making crude jokes about my immigration status as my name is obviously Russian although I am a citizen of this country and have been for over 20 years. He also joked about giving me a lobotomy. Disgusting.

Would not recommend this dentist office due to lack of sanitation. The whole dental office is a mess even other patients have mentioned feeling uncomfortable due to the office not being clean. Dr.P is very disrespectful he yelled & cussed me out just avoid this place all around!

4:00 on Thursday I broke my front tooth the day before leading a work conference. They let me come in and got me straight to the chair, stayed late and had a temporary made for me before I left. I can’t say enough about them, very friendly, professional, and masters of their trade. I will be making the 4 hour drive from my home to have them do the surgery. Not to mention, my fiancé said the temporary looks better than the original. I can’t thank them enough. If you’re in need these are the people to see

Arrogant, has memory loss issues. Is not nice to his patients and does not keep a good record of treatments. Over charged me and did not verify insurance coverage.
Bad practice , stay away!

Love this dental office! Very friendly and welcoming staff, very efficient office, and very skilled dentists. My first visit was after a wisdom tooth infection when I first moved here. They were the only office that could get me in the next day (after calling many in-town offices) and I haven't left since. I've had 4 wisdom teeth removed here, 2 of which were impacted, and each time the procedure has gone well and has been quick (30 min or less, and I was able to drive myself there and back as it was just local anesthesia).
My only complaint is that I've had confusion with how insurance is accepted here in the past especially when my insurance wants to file a procedure as medical and dental and the office said that wasn't possible at first but I think we eventually got it all squared away.
