This is an amazing group, very welcoming. They are all very dedicated to the profession. Dr. Padolsky is a great problem solver, award winning and uses the most current techniques.
His staff is also extremely talented and all are serious about meeting the needs of their patients. They all get along well with their co-workers.
I have never had to wait, staff is well organized. I have had many dentists and Atanta Dental Group is by far the best!
Conveniently located.

I had an emergency issue because I broke one of my back teeth. I drove an hour and forty minutes to get to Atlanta Dental Group and it was worth it! Dr. Mark understood my situation, explained everything that needed to be done, and gave me options. Not only was he professional, his staff was as well. Thank you Daisia, Laneeka and Victoria for being patient, pleasant, and taking the time to explain everything to me without rushing through it. You ladies are the best!

Thank you Atlanta Dental Group, Mark Padolsky DDS and staff!!! After being in severe pain for days due to a broken tooth, I visited a nearby dentist to have my tooth extracted but the dentist was unable to numb my tooth, so he referred me to an Oral Surgeon. Most of the Oral Surgeons at the referral locations on the list were unavailable for immediate care, due to Covid19. However, after calling several other dentist offices, I finally received an appointment for the very next day at Atlanta Dental group with Dr. Padolsky. I highly recommend this dentist office because the staff were very friendly, welcoming, thoughtful, optimistic, and pleasant. The dentist, Mark Padolsky was very skillful, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring! He was able to numb and extract my tooth without any pain. The dentist assistant Matthew was very warmhearted, caring, and kind too! Thank you Atlanta Dental Group!!

The Best Dentist Ever :) I became Dr. Padolsky's patient on an Emergency visit. I've had many procedures thereafter to continue to complete my dental care plan. Always I feel no pain and like I'm in the hands of masters along with his staff and team of doctors who are angels! I have highly recommended The Atlanta Dental Group to my daughter, co-workers and friends. The office takes insurance and can work out payment plans!

He may be an amazing and skilled dentist but my experience at the dental office was a nightmare. If Covid19 precautions mean everything to you I would suggest to not visit the office.
During my visit in an obviously dirty office in an older building, I have observed that not once the electronic devices have been wiped down after each use as they are handed to you to fill new patient info. One office assistant was not wearing a mask and another had it under her chin as she was eating food while assisting me at the end of visit. Even the dental hygienist was walking around there without a mask initially. I have observed that one of the assistants did not change his gloves once throughout my entire visit there as he used the keyboard, the mouse, operated the x-ray machine for me, handed me the apron and set up the instruments. He did so as I called him out on it. The gloves were obviously only designed to protect his hands but were no use for sanitation purposes. I watched him cross contaminating from the minute I arrived. Not once have I seen any of the chairs/armrests being wiped down after or before the use. At that point I was in a panic mode and tempted to leave but I have been in pain for the previous 2 sleepless nights and had obviously an infection. I ended up on a antibiotic drip in the past and was terrified this could happen again.
I have been extremely cautious during the entire pandemic from the beginning. I have sheltered at home, follow social distance guidelines and wear a mask at all times when out. Needless to say I was devastated at that point. As a stylist I create a clean environment in the salon that is only second to an OR room.
THIS is a dentist office, a medical facility where people are the most vulnerable without a mask and in close contact .I will not mention the other unpleasant details in this message,in order to stay focused on the safety of us patients only.
We are having a pandemic and they will have to step it up quiet a bit. I will report this to the health department as well.

This is an update to the response, my name is Carmelina. How many extractions did you perform Saturday morning? I find it outrageous that you attempt to patronize and insult me in a public review.

I have been a patient here for a few years. I generally only need my two cleanings a year so I tolerated the terrible customer service and bedside manner. However I will be finding a new dentist after my last experience. I called on a Saturday morning to cancel my late afternoon appointment. I had woke up with a fever and sore throat which I informed the receptionist when I called. If you are sick and have a fever it is common sense and polite not to share your germs with others. I was told that if I cancel I would not be able to make another appointment and would instead have to come in and wait to see if anyone canceled. I could see if this was a common issue with me but I had never had to make a same day cancellation nor do they have this "policy" stated anywhere. Do NOT use this office!

Talk to dr padolsky himself who told me he could do extraction today!! Got there and totally different story.. the receptionist told me I had do to exam first, which I understand but with no other patients y wouldn’t u be able to if there’s no infections.. they full of shyt… run run run

Great experience from quickly getting a new patient appointment, to being seen and evaluated and agreeing on a plan of care for my TMD. The office staff is great! And Dr Padolsky took the time to sit and explain in detail, and answer all my questions. Being a medical professional myself, I am highly critical...and I had a great experience with everyone that I encountered.

I was schedule to have surgery on getting all of the upper teeth out of my mouth. I was terrified about the surgery. I did not know what to expect or how I truly would be feeling after this produrce which was only schedule for 1 hour. Dr. M Padoldky did an excellent job doing the procedure. Dr. Padoldky and his assistant will take good care of the patients. Anyone will enjoy going their getting their Dental issues taken care of. Atlanta Dental Group PC lis a great company and will work with you on your
Dental Bills.

I arrived thirteen minutes early for my 9 o’clock appt. After waiting 25 minutes, the staff was aware I was upset. I was taken back for a quick X-ray and placed in a room for 22 additional minutes. When the asst arrived, I questioned why I was scheduled for a 9 o’clock appointment if they couldn’t see me until 9:47. I left and have scheduled an appointment with another dentist.
