The dentists and supporting team at this practice are incredibly kind. They are incredibly gentle, communicate very well, and work really hard to respond to dental emergencies quickly. I just can’t say enough about this practice. I really appreciated how careful they were during the pandemic - it showed a true level of care for patients and the staff. They are great about providing a prioritized long term care plan for you teeth, which is very helpful as you age and the dental care ‘to do’s’ start piling up. Wonderful people. Very grateful to be a patient here. My whole family moved over to this practice.

The office is amazing, the staff members are both pleasant and attentive, and Dr. Shah is THE best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The Feather Touch Dental Care team consistently provides an amazing example of what the dental treatment experience should be like for every patient. Oh wow where do I start. Feather Touch Dental Care has the greatest staff I ever experienced in a dental office. I Google this place, looked at website, read the wonderful reviews and decided to call and make an appointment. The front desk staff was nice, the wait was less than 15 minutes, the dental assistance Jacqueline was kind and Dr. Kim was friendly, addressed my dental needs and such a great listener. I highly recommend Feather Touch Dental Care.

Always warm and friendly environment Dr. Kim and Shah are patient centered and will always leave you feeling comfortable and educated about your care. Lora is a phenomenal hygienist. She loves her job and my teeth really shows it. She is definitely the one to go to if you need a great cleaning. Quality team and quality practice !

Dr. Kim is a phenomenal dentist and i really mean it! The level of thoroughness, care, and amicability really stands out in all my years of receiving dental care. The staff feel like friends and they will take care of you. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient for nearly thirty years, and wouldn’t even think about switching. I had my first visit with Dr. Kim and the team at Feather Touch Dental due to an emergency with a cracked tooth and lost filling. The staff I spoke with when I called was exceptional in her assistance and accommodated me the next day even though I was not an existing patient. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. The office is beautiful and the atmosphere is friendly and professional, yet obviously fun. A great vibe.

The team of technicians is compassionate and very skilled, as is Dr. Kim who called me that evening to check on how I was doing. I still have to have further work on my damaged tooth, but it was a real pleasure being there (and how often do most people say that about dentist visits, lol?). I will be receiving all my future dental care at Feather Touch.

The reviews are true! I went in for a dental exam to figure out the best treatment plan for my dental issues and boy did they give me detailed information. My dental hygienist Brittany did great explaining problem areas and helpful hygiene tips. she really educated me. lol :) Dr. Kim was awesome. I wasn't rushed and after talking to him i felt reassured that my complex dental issues would be easily resolved. I left the office with a referral to an oral surgeon to kickstart the process and a feeling of hopefulness that I haven't felt in years. Thank you guys. I'll be sticking here.

There are truly not enough fabulous things to say about Feathertouch and Dr. Shah, Zoe and truly, the whole staff!

Due to having terrible teeth even from a young age, I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of interfacing with this team much more often than just a cleaning every 6 months, and every time has been a great experience. Everyone in the office is so friendly, thorough, and genuinely care about each patient as a person in addition to being a patient. All the work I’ve had done has been thoroughly explained to me prior to agreeing to have it done, as well as throughout the process - no question or concern overlooked. I’ve also never felt pressured into anything I wasn’t ready to do yet from a financial or just comfortability stand point. They do a great job about educating the patients on risks, benefits, costs, realistic timelines and whether something is urgent or can wait. There has even been work done here that the team wasn’t satisfied with, and they proactively re-did it free of charge (not my experience at previous dentists). Additionally, they’ve worked with me on splitting up some high cost work into multiple payments so that I didn’t have to forego needed care d/t cost.

Overall, this office is just great and I’ve recommended them to tons of friends in the area. Whether you’re a no-fear, regular checkup person or a nervous, high need, patient, I highly recommend Feather touch and specifically Dr. Shah and Zoe! They make “going to the dentist” just about as nice of an experience as it can be!
