The office atmosphere is very nice! My experience since the practice was sold to Georgia Dental has been bittersweet. On the positive side, the hygienist at this location is one of the best! She is personable, yet professional and very thorough. Unfortunately, this office is struggling with the front desk staff. On several occasions I’ve arrived and had to wait for someone to return to the desk and then listen to personal conversations among the staff. Specifically, the gentleman at the front desk is rude and very unprofessional. So much so that I am considering a different dentist. Again, bittersweet!

Many years a patient here have I been, dating all the way back to Drs. Rowe, Price, and Rafeedie. But they have always done a great job of using modern tech, with friendly hygienists and imaging staff, and are always on time! There are other mouth doctors in the building including periodontists and surgeons, so you never have to go far.

I want to edit my review from my existing review in August.on my initial visit I was advised my services was out of network only to find out the practice was in network. I submitted my forms to my insurance only to find out my costs were paid. My insurance company contacted Georgia Dental on my behalf to request a refund on September 12 and I followed up the next day and left a message to return my call. I received no response back and called again on September 15th to discuss reimbursement. The response was it would take 6 to 8 weeks to reimburse me for overpayment. This is unsatisfactory for the patient to be inconvenience for their mistake and not have it resolved in a expedited manner.
