I went in for a cleaning and was told that I need a deep cleaning. I only wanted a regular cleaning and they were kind and did what I wanted. Other places pressure you and tell you if you don't do what they suggest that they will not do anything else until you do. They are very kind and helpful, not pushy. Thank you

Dr. Johnson and everyone else pay special attention to each individual in front of them, you can feel at ease regardless of what work needs to be done because you're definitely in good hands! After years of absolutely dreading the dental office, my experience with Dr. Johnson has changed everything, and I can honestly say I have no anxieties or worries about visits.

I went there for root canal treatment, after paying $1000 copay and my insurance paid over $2000, still waiting for the crown to be done for last 2.5 months. The office informed me to pay more otherwise , another $1000 or more( trying to find another denist to take care of my teeth), they will not do the crown. I am back in severe dental pain. Horrible, horrible experience. Donot visit to this dentistry EVER, if you like your teeth.. just money making businessmen.. rating is '0'

Totally unprofessional, lacking common courtesy. Third trip to their office and yet again no one there. Appt. Scheduled months ahead, THEY sent several reminders via text, but they are closed. Dr. V is a also very rude and condescending. Won't ever waste my time with them again. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there wasn't an option for 0 stars. Don't waste your time. Going back to Kirby dental in Suwanee.
