Dr. Johnson and her office staff are wonderful! Went in for a cleaning, but needed a crown...and they fit it all in!! They were very patient at explaining everything and the procedure was totally painless. If I knew dentists could be like this, I would not have waited so long to be seen again!

Dr. Johnson and all of the staff I encountered here were absolutely amazing. I chipped my tooth and called on a busy Monday to see if I could fit in an appt. They were able to fit me an a spot that day in between patients and I couldn’t be more grateful! I have never had such pleasant experiences!!!

Not something I wanted to do but being scammed and sent home with the wrong retainers (both the wrong type and literally another person's) I was told months ago that Sugar Hill corner dentistry would replace my retainers with the correct ones and I could keep the others despite the fact they are not mine and do not fit my teeth. One of the staff members insisted that I leave with these telling me that I should try these out again these were not my retainers and did not fit my teeth. Unfortunately after my visit with the office I ended up with a very nasty upper respiratory infection which I had to have treated not once but twice delaying me or turning to the dental office to get their promised replacement. It took 2 months to finally get over the upper respiratory infection( one of which 2as before round number 2 of treatment,I really thought it was over with) so I tried for a the month of August to get a hold of somebody to represent the office and everyone I tried to speak with would claim they didn't know what was going on no one would answer any of the emails the phone calls were always delayed that put me on hold for 20 minutes or longer waiting for somebody then the phone would disconnect they promised the doctor would call back on multiple occasions and no one ever did.This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable I do not recommend this office I do not recommend you going here this is a absolute insult and I've been basically scammed out of my money I work as so does everyone else find a more reputable dental office if you're going to use anyone at all I've been insulted by their lack of communication and basically degraded because every time I call the girl who answers is snide and rude I find that behavior very belittling to me and I do not appreciate it. Neither should you, if you have a recommendation for a reliable dentist please let me know as I'm going to try to get my money back to get a retainer at a office that will actually do its job. Anyone who is interested in the emails exchanged feel free to read on Google if I can get the images to post.
