I first went to Dr. Grande before I was born...48 years ago. He helped my mother while pregnant with me. Now I live in Roswell and I drive about an hour just for Dr. Grande and Dr. Sanders...they are worth it to me. 5 Stars without a doubt!

The office is beautiful and clean - very high-end. This is not one of those "churn-em in and out" dental practices. I was in a bad accident that left my teeth a mess, and LaVista Dentistry has been my life saver. The dentists are skilled at all types of dental procedures, and excel at cosmetic procedures as well. The doctors disclose the risks (and benefits!) of all procedures I've ever had, and answer all my questions in a thoughtful, caring manner. The staff are friendly, and the hygienists and dental assistants ALWAYS ask if you're comfortable and if they can get you anything/make you more comfortable. Most patients seem to be longtime patients - I asked one of the doctors once about that, since the staff greets patients by name and seem to know them well, and the dentist said the practice has patients who, after being transferred for work, come back from Taiwan, Latin America and all over the world for dental care. WOW. Says alot about customer service and dental care. My doc, Dr. James Granade III, gives great shots. I know that sounds weird, but seriously, he does this "jiggle the check" thing while delivering shots, and you hardly feel it. I've been with the practice twenty-two years, and I have no complaints. NOTE: I noticed someone else complained that the practice staff told them the practice was a participating provider in that patient's insurance coverage. The staff at LaVista Dentistry has ALWAYS been clear to me that they do not accept insurance, and they certainly don't participate in dental maintenance organizations, etc. Like every doctor's office, you sign forms that explicitly state you, and you only, are responsible for your bill - which of course you can always file with your own insurance company. Sounds to me like the complaining patient wanted his/her insurance to cover his/her care, then went balistic when he/she found out that insurance wouldn't. This is not the practice's fault. My recommendation is to listen to what the staff actually tell you, and read the forms you sign. Everyone at LaVista Dentistry has always been very clear and honest with me about my ultimate responsibility to pay for my care. Go visit LaVista Dentistry - you won't be disappointed.

I came from Greater Expressions dentistry after a pathetic and incompetent attempt to fill a cavity. After they messed around for a year with no progress I switched to Lavista Dentistry. THANK GOODNESS I DID!!!!! From the front staff to the hygenists and dentists, this group resolved my issue and eleviated my concerns. I HIGHLY recommend them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The front desk LIED to me when I asked if they were in network with my insurance and instead of accepting their mistake, they argued with me and my husband about how they NEVER make a mistake. I was told by the office manager that the dentist would return my call to answer my questions. That never happened. Instead we were treated poorly bc the office knew they were wrong and refused to admit their mistake. Ive worked for several dental companies in the past and they wouldve never treated their patients this way-Dental work- so-so... AWFUL experience with this office. Will not go back!
