Wonderful experience - I enjoy going to Bain Dental for my exams and cleanings. I was there yesterday and as always the hygienist was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and suggested a fluoride treatment; she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The dentist and front desk staff are very pleasant also. I'm so glad I found these excellent dental professionals in Villa Rica, GA.

If I could rate them nothing I definitely would, friend of mine came in for a tooth pull, Only a tooth pull, came in with the money they told him it would cost and only after he got in there, they started tacking on more unneeded charges, on top of that since my friend only had what they told him he needed the first time they "offered" to finance to care credit but when they entered the info they fudged up the information, now my friend is being sent home with the tooth not being pulled and having to pay for nothing on their part.
Their are better places then here.

Today was my first visit to Bain Dental Group. I gave it 3 stars because the staff was kind and knowledgeable. But I had a few issues that warranted a review. Since it was my first appointment I had to have X-rays, understandably. I was told that they require two sets of X-rays but that my insurance would only cover one. The cost of this X-ray is $50. I said I didn’t want the $50 X-ray; but, was told it is required. It would have been very nice to know this prior to going to the appointment. I honestly wouldn’t have went there because I have never had to pay at a cleaning. After my X-rays I sat down in the chair and was told that they don’t always guarantee a cleaning on the first visit (again, I was not informed of this when making my appointment). And I wouldn’t have went back if this was be case because that’s a huge waste of my time. Then I was told that they recommend fluoride for everyone. I say okay. Then I’m informed, yet again, of another up-charge. I could have refused this but was told that it is highly recommended for certain reasons. I obliged. I left the dentist with a cleaning that cost me $71 with insurance. I felt pretty uncomfortable about the visit because of the additional costs that I have NEVER experienced. Again, the staff is great and most likely forced to push these things on patients. I just didn’t appreciate it and won’t be back.

What an amazing group! They recently just moved to a new building that is very welcoming. Dr. Thachil took great care of me and the hygienist did a great cleaning. Highly recommend, 10/10.

I am having extensive restorative work at Bain. Dental work is expensive and you have to not only find the best price, but you have to find a place you can TRUST! I felt at ease as soon as I booked the appointment. Friendly and professional staff, on the phone and in person. Their price estimate matched my insurance cost and no surprise fees are popping up. Everyone - Hygienist, Dr T, and his assistants - all are truly kind people! Positive experience all the way!
