I called Bain Dental Group for a price on upper dentures. I was told they won’t give ANY quotes without being seen. 🤔. I made an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I was told that xrays must be taken. I didn’t need xrays as I needed a full upper denture which means there’s no teeth to X-ray. I was then told that I would have to pay $72 if I did get the xrays from my dentist and $168 if I didn’t have them. At no time during our conversation on the phone was I told about a charge. All I wanted was a quote on the upper dentures. No free consultations here!!! It’s all about the money . I was very specific about the denture I wanted and feel that I could have been given a quote without a charge. They were very adamant that I pay $168 just to Speak to the dentist. My logic is if I can’t afford the dentures why take xrays? If I can get them somewhere else cheaper why take xrays and pay them money ? All I wanted was a QUOTE!!! What business charges for that??? Money grubbing!!! Needless to say I won’t be returning. They’ve lost my potential business and I’ve told my friends who need dental work done about my experience. They were considering going there based on my experience. No more . If you want to walk in blind this place is for you. I don’t trust them as far as I can throw them.

Awesome service. Found them online at 3 am when my tooth was about to jump out of my mouth! Called at 8:30 when they opened. Had an appointment SAME day at 10! Had to start a root canal 😥, but there's no more pain and now I can attend my son's first football game today after the meds wear off. Was so pleased that I'm switching my boys from their dentist. Say cheese!!!

They were great i messed up my appointment time but they got me right in did the x-rays, the hygienist was great the whole time while she was taking the x-rays, met with the Dr he was great laid everything out for me to know what needed to be done. I will be going back to get all my work done
