Bain Dental Group Villa Rica

I had an appointment at 10pm to day was there early. Then I was the only one in the lobby six more patients can in and all of them got called back before me. And mind you my mouth hurts so bad that it makes my whole nervous system act up. These people are very in professional and have no communication.

Bain Dental Group is Awesome! You can get an appointment without having to wait months like most other dental offices. Dr. Thachil, Casey, Emily, Heather and the office staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend Bain Dental Group to anyone in the area who is looking for a new dentist plus they have three convenient locations to choose from!

I got a crown here. They did a good job. The complaint I have is more with front office personnel. I never received a bill and was hassled for $30 from 3 years prior as soon as I walked in the door for a cleaning.

Great service, very fast and kind staff.

Everyone was really nice and professional. The dentist did her job very well and was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly who to refer me to for oral surgery and built a plan of care on the spot for fixing my teeth. The overall experience was smooth and painless.

We just love everyone at the Villa Rica office! Our entire family had extensive work done recently and everyone in the office went out of their way to make sure our experience was pleasant and pain free. Most people don't look forward to going to the dentist but for us it has become more like visiting friends. Andrea always has a smile on her face when we come through the door. Dipti goes out of her way to lay out a treatment plan that is both affordable and convenient. She goes over all the options with you regarding insurance and financing. She works really hard to make sure your out-of-pocket expense is as low as possible. Jessica, Jackie, Heather, Jennifer and Emily are ALL amazing! Each of them has worked on a member of our family and I can't say enough about how great they are. They all have different personalities but when it comes to patient care they all have the same goal...EXCELLENCE! We also love Dr. Thachil and can't say enough great things about him. He is so patient and gentle with everyone. He shows such concern and checks on you throughout the procedure to make sure you are doing okay. He never rushes or pushes a treatment if you become uncomfortable. He always wants you to have the best experience possible. He is the absolute best and we just couldn't imagine using anyone else!

Wonderful experience. My son got an appointment immediately to get his chipped tooth repaired. Dr. Powell and Erika did a fantastic job. He looks like his old self again!

Amazing staff! Walked in no appointment and got seen! Never treated like i didnt have a appointment! Erika Case did my crown fitting, she was VERY concern about my pain. She followed up with at least every other day to make sure, I was ok till my root canal a week later. Dr.Bain did root canal a week later, smooth as butter. He was Very concerned and caring, as much as Erika at Villa rica office. Its great to find a dentist And a staff that CAREs, that concerned and willing to go the extra mile! Sometimes just the care and concern ease up the pain, Erikas heart and passion for her job is a blessing to me and my family. Even after roor canal, she was still following up! Who does that these days!!!?Someone who understands! Both Villa Rica and Bowdon office staff have all treated me like family, nice to find a place so comfortable to go. LOVE the fact to that cleaning is polishing not baking soda blasting!!! To me it feels cleaner! Thank you all of the Staff at both offices! You all have truly blessed me and my husband who hates dentist, he LOVE IT AND IS SPREADING your name as place to go! Thats hugh! Keep going the extra mile with patients, God bless you all!

My experience here at Bain has been nothing short of excellent. My children and I have been going to Bain Dental for three years. The offices and rooms are clean and accommodating. The staff is personable throughout. Most importantly, Dr. Fidanoski does sound work fundamentally and aesthetically while causing virtually no pain.

The staff makes you feel at home. Our experience was very wonderful. The doctor did a followed up with us and I would advise anyone to visit Bain Dental Group. Dr. Bain ia an awesome Dentist.
