Had 3 extractions and did not feel any pain the entire time I was there! I was so terrified of the dentist before! Dr. Patel made me feel at ease and relaxed and was really amazing! I'm looking forward to going to the dentist now!!

This was first visit to Bain Dental Group! (Villa Rica). I was amazed that I was brought back at my exact appointment time! (Do new patient paperwork on Lind before you come) The room I was taken to by hygienist had two corner windows looking out towards a school! Payton did a great job and am hooked on this place. They were very transparent of everything they did and made sure I knew all costs upfront! I think we have found our new family dentist!!! -david-

This office was exceptional! Dr. Bain is very kind. He asked me what I would like to see done from his office. I explained to him what was going on the the results I wanted to see. Very happy patient here as my insurance and my flex spending card paid for everything except $300. I highly recommend Dr. Bain and his associates.

Very helpful staff, got an apt the next day. I am from out of town, but I heard great things about Dr.patel, since I was in town and had cracked my tooth, I scheduled an appointment. Dr.patel is nice,everyone in the office is. Since the crack in my tooth went close to the root, I would need a root canal and crown. He was willing to do it the same day, awesome never heard that from anywhere else. The reason I gave 4 starts is because even after really good insurance, out of pocket would be right at 1000 by afew dollars. You have to pay the whole amount before they'll fix it I was told. I asked so you can't pay some and then pay the rest? No, so I walked out of there defeated and my tooth still hurting because I didn't have 1000 to hand the office right then. Dr.patel was still great, he gave me a prescription for 800 motrin, but I can just take 4 regular motrins, and it's the same thing.

Payton was so sweet and knowledgeable, she explained everything to me throughout my whole visit. Dr. Patel also was very good. Everyone that I encouraged in the office was great!

My dental hygienists, Payton, was really gentle. I had very little to no pain after cleaning. I recommend Bain Dental, Villa Rica for your dental needs. Staff was really courteous from check in to check out. I was in and out under an hour.

This has got to be the worst dentist I have ever dealt with. They told me I needed like 5 things done to my teeth, I didn't believe it so I went to 2 more different dentists for a 2nd and 3rd opinion, and both those dentists told me they had no idea why Bain dental would tell me I needed these things. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY, THATS WHY.
I would recommend going elsewhere, they clearly are not honest dentists here.
It's a bunch of college students who have no idea what they're doing.
If you like wasting money, this is your place!
