I came in off the street to get a consultation for tooth. We were able to address the issue, creating a plan of action, and rid the pain. They have been so caring with my well being and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any dental work done. I have had no pain during or after I had two root canals. They did a temporary bridge for me while we waited on the final crowns and bridge. I am so thankful to have found them. They have done above and beyond what is needed to give me confidence in my smile.

I went to the villa rica office first where I was told it was a root canal and crown. I was also informed of the amount I should pay on the day of my visit. I had to see Dr. Bain at the Carrollton office where the staff at this location was not on the same page as their villa rica office and they were not the most pleasant to say the least. After going back and forth over what I should pay, Dr. Bain then comes in the procedure room, looks at my x ray, and briefly looked in my mouth and says "I'm sorry but your tooth can not be saved and you have 2 choices- an implant or a bridge". He also stated according to the x ray the tooth looked saveable but he recommended the bridge or an implant. I really feel he didn't want to take the time to do the root canal and file the insurance, but instead do the implant where he can have the money upfront vs waiting for insurance to pay. When I said I was going to go get a second opinion and wanted what money I had already paid they were very rude about my decision!! If you are planning on going to this dentist, be sure you know what needs to be done and you have had a 2nd opinion!!

Needed to find a new dentist after moving and so glad we found this one. Staff is so kind and helpful. They were amazing with my 3 year old, as well. Highly recommend!

My husband is in excruciating pain from his teeth and his teeth look like they could fall out at anytime and I call this office and explained everything and also explained to them that he didn't have any dental insurance and we live on disability and we couldn't pay for the treatment or visit at the time of the appointment and I was told that we could make payments, but when we got there today we were told that they DON'T take or do payment arrangements. We don't have the credit or money to do anything else, so we had to leave without him being seen, because they put money higher than the patients need of help!!!!

Bain Dental Group is the best. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY PATIENT. Jennifer is the best Hygienist and Dipti is exceptional Office Manager. She is very accomondating with the scheduling.

I would rate lower if I could. Went there to have tooth looked at for extreme pain. Doctor x-rayed it and couldn't find anything. Then took another x-ray and still nothing. He wanted to do a deep cleaning. Told me to come back Monday if I was still having problems. I went home still in alot of pain. Pain killers weren't working. Found a sat emergency dentist. Went in and my tooth was cracked in half. She found it with just a probe. I will never recommend Bain dental group in Villa Rica. Oh even after that they had the nerve to send me a bill for $21 for second set of x-rays because the doctor couldn't find a tooth that was cracked in half.

In response to comment below. I have contacted your company alot. Still waiting for a response from the lady in your billing Dept. She said she's waiting to hear back from a district person.

Great service! Very welcoming front staff. Polite and excellent doctors and dental hygienists. Fast but attentive appointments. Will defiantly be returning for any further dental needs.
