Not to pleased with the orthodontist treatment and services.
The staff is nice and very polite especially Madison.
I have came here many times trying to decline my services and try to move my orthodontist services but she keeps me informed and some how seems to calm me down whenever I have a problem and she comes to the rescue every time so without her calm and very patient understanding I probably would’ve took my services elsewhere, but due to anymore issues and my hard earn money I can’t continue and want continue to pay for unsatisfied dental work!
Thanks Madison for responding in a timely manner and making sure my girls needs are met every single time and every situation is handled.
I just hate that they don’t take the time patience and dedication in their clients with their orthodontist services!

Great experience for the teenagers. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff kept them up to date with everything they did.

Worse service ever received. All of my kids work had to be corrected and they did not tell me they were outside of my network. Paid what I was told to pay but then received a huge bill for $800 saying the $200 I paid was ONLY an estimate. Then because I asked how did this happen, I was sent a letter and asked not to return to their office. The most unprofessional attitudes and service I have ever experienced.

Let me tell you why I love this place by first telling you how every other dentist office I been to does things... They come in, they start telling me about all these procedures I'm going to need, despite the fact that I floss every day and brush well over the required time. They mention things like, "Have you thought about making that smile even more beautiful with some adult braces?" I came to Bain dental because I had moved and this was the closest dentist to me. The first time I came and saw them, they were gentle, they checked my teeth, and they told me how good of a job I have done and that I just needed to stay on my cleanings and didn't need any work done other then that. I told them well the other dentist offices been telling me I need to get this procedure done. The doctor asked me where? and I pointed to the tooth and he laughed and said, "no that's a beautiful tooth, we don't want to break that open and have work done to it over a tiny stain spot" he preceded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my tooth but that it just had some surface level stains that they will keep an eye on. Just think about that for a second... People just randomly choose a dentist and go through all this unnecessary pain and permeant structure changes to there teeth over nothing. My last dentist office was all about making money. The dentist at this Villa Rica Bain office is about taking care of my teeth, and that's why I'll continue to go here so long as they keep that up.

Absolutely the best I've had in a long while. Everyone was so sweet and kind especially when I was panicking.

The BEST! My husband and I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Thacill and his assistant Emily Dobbs. They listened to our concerns and explained everything about the upcoming procedures. Also, they were very up-front about pricing. They were both very cordial and set us at ease. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Patel, his assistant and the front office staff were superb! My new Dental home!

Awful! I needed a medial release and each time I returned their call (2 months!!!!), instead of relaying that they hadn’t received the form, they just acted like it was an appointment reminder. So today, after taking FOUR antibiotics in preparation, she said they won’t see me without the letter. I EVEN TALKED TO HER THIS MORNING and she said the meds were fine, no mention of the letter!! I was at my orthopedic doctor yesterday and could have gotten the letter then. Awful!!

Great receptionist! Payton my hygienist is always friendly and efficient. Love this office!
