Dental Care of Pearlridge

I looked online to find a place for emergency dental work for my wife. She was in a lot of pain. I found the Dental Care of Pearl Ridge. I booked an appointment for what I thought was tomorrow, but actually, was two days later. So when we showed up at the correct time, but 24 hours to soon. The staff was exceptional. Even though we were a day early, they still were able to get my wife in and treated her. Dr. Lee was nothing short of fantastic. My family will use this place for any new dental needs from now on.

Where do I begin?!!! Amazing customer service & check in process. I had to call for an emergency appointment. Other dentists didn't even respond. Not these guys. They scheduled me right away! I was seen within two hours of calling. I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. This location is Immaculate. They accept HDS coverage and made my first visit check in so easy. I would give them 100 stars. I am so grateful and proud to say I've finally found my forever dentist. Coming from someone who has childhood dental trauma... This is such a blessing. Mahalo to all the staff from front receptionist to the tech who did the numbing (almost zero discomfort from the shots BTW), the fantastic dental assistant Dylan, and of course my new dentist Dr. Wu.

this business lacks of manners. all they care is about money and how to RIP off you and your insurance. From beginning of my visit here, they have lied to me many times, provided me deceiving information and estimates. they will trick you any ways they can. Despite the fact i have a very good, expensive insurance they charged me up front 700 ish which they told me to refund back after insurance pays them. insurance pid them full but this dentist refunded my money light 82 dollars. i asked them explanation but they could not come up with anything othet than blaming my insurance. after spoke with my insurance adjuster. i found out that this business is ripping me off out of arbitrary excuses. They will lie and trick you a bunch. they will hide your invoices so you do see how much they are ripping you off for what work. I have asked many times to get my invoices and finally i got them, that is how i found out they were over charging me 82 dollars extra. I do not recommend them until they refund my money full. beasicaly at the end, they got full amount from my insurance and they charged me 82 dollars more on top of it. that is called THEFT and robbery. I reported them the RICO office for stealing my 82 dollars. bad business

I want to give 0 star because I'm in pain!! All they talk is about another problem on my teeth they don't Focus what my problem now please try and make money much they can I was tell my friend and family because of first time they treat me really nice I got KDCP PLAN as well but this time my plan was expired Echo x-ray they charge me money for exam and x-ray and tell me go get Tylenol or counter!!!! At least give me a painkiller or something they charged me $160 for nothing I could just go get Tylenol and save $165!!! I feel so stupid!!!

I have a terrible unreasonable fear of dentists but Dr. Woo and Victoria did a great job on my filling and a fantastic job keeping me calm! It was also a pleasure to meet slater who checked me out! Much love!

I can’t express how grateful I am for this place!! I had a horrible experience with another dentist and this guy fixed the problem AND THEN CALLED ME AFTER HOURS TO CHECK ON ME!!!!! That’s going above and beyond for your patients and I appreciate it so much!!
Icing on the cake… EVERYONE was extremely friendly and helpful!!

I've been overcharged (the Dental office's mistake) by this Dental Office 3 times (2021, 2022, & 2023). If I hadn't called back, they would not have notified me. In the recent case, the Dental Office representative told me that I was wasting his time asking about a $422 bill which he determined should have been for $140, He said he would cut me off and he did. I asked if I would have been notified that I had a $300+ credit if I had paid the $422 bill and he said it was my responsibility to inquire about the balance/credit (that I wouldn't have been aware of).

This was by far the quickest, most convenient and transparent appointment I’ve ever had at the dentist. I am so fortunate to have found this office. Literally from the moment I called, to coming in, being triaged and then having my teeth cleaned everyone was so kind and patient. I had a million questions because it’s been a while since my last time being at the dentist and because I was having some sensitivity, etc. but, they answered every single one. And booking my next appointment was just as easy. Thank y’all so much for changing the way I see dental care. I can’t wait to come back for my 6 month cleaning.

It’s all about the money and if you don’t have “the minimum amount,” you can suffer. I am in great pain, but until I can come up with $600+, there’s nothing I can do except to deal with the excruciating pain. Would not recommend this place at all. I think it’s time to look for another Dentist who is more compassionate and understanding towards their patient’s financial situation and needs.

My daughter and I called on a Wednesday and were able to get an appointment for Friday of the same week!

I found all of the staff to friendly, helpful and caring!

Had my teeth cleaned for the first time in literally years! It was painless! I was a bit concerned because of my lack of tooth care for so many years. But the hygienist told me that even though I haven’t had my teeth cleaned in a long time. That my gums weren’t bleeding a lot and that, that was a good sign, that my gums aren’t in that bad shape. Yay!

I have to come back in a couple days to have a tooth pulled and to finish my cleaning, the Dr also suggested that I have a few fillings replaced…all in good time!

For the first time in my life, I’m comfortable with coming back to the dentist and have decided that it’s time….better late than never, that I start taking care of my teeth! It’s all in line with my new healthier lifestyle goals!
